okay today's my dear cousin's birthday. do you know that i totally forgot? die2 i thought it's on 21st cos i got confused. (yes, you are right ht i sucks at remembering people's birthday. i bet you are haha-ing me.) so instead of being the first few person to wish, i became the last. :(

Haiss, but lucky i bought her presents damn early. As you all know, im quite a 'kanchong' person. This cosmetic is ALWAYS oos. So, I grabbed it as early as I could.

Naked Palette by Urban Decay

Got for her the one of the famous and most favourite eyeshadow palette; Naked Palette by Urban Decay. It comes with an eyeshadow primer. This piece is always oos. The salesperson from Sephora told me that there was once this lady bought 5 palette (nk mampos agaknye). So, this item was always oos and they limit to 2 palettes per customer. Can you imagine how people are going crazy over this palette??

But i was disappointed lah because Naked2 had released in US but the stock has yet to come to Sg. -.- So I just purchase the Naked1. One of the good thing to shop in Sephora is that..

1) There's a gift wrapping station

2) It's permanent

3) The wrapping papers are gorgeous and sleek

4) and...it's free :)

The shade's Ravishing.

There were thousands of shades to choose from. I asked the salesperson what's the best shade if I wanna wear a very natural makeup. She gave me this nude colour. Natural makeup + nude lip colour? Tu da mcm mayat sia. So, she put it on me. I went to didi to ask for opinion and this is what he said...

' Nice lah..but you look like one of the twilight characters. '

okay okay serious. So, in the end I chose on my own and what suits her face. So after giving her, she immediately put it on u noe. So here it is!

Pretty right?? Like pengantin pon ader. So people, if you wanna a makeover from her, just go her. She's the best :)

New shampoo for the new year

Didi went to KL last for some company's bonding and at there, he bought for me body shop's shampoo and perfume (he ran out of idea what to buy). Shopping at there is a bore. It's unlike Sg. Sg always have clearance sale, end-of-season sale, end of year sale and more lah!

What is up with people buying for me shampoo? My hair looked that bad ah?? My gfs bought me Tsubaki haircare set and now, bf bought for me shampoo for dry hair. My hair really problematic ah?

I've yet to try it because it comes in a small bottle and very sayang to wear it you know. Will try it and share with you how it is.

I know the current song that's playing may sound a bit weird for you. that was my first impression when i first hear it but as the song plays, it gets better and once it reaches the chorus, i'm like WOAHH. this girl can REALLY sing. it amazed me how this girl who's only 25 could reach a broad range of vocal. you should hear her sing live.

Let me just give you a brief intro about her. She's Elizabeth Grant, 25, better known by her stage name Lana Del Rey. She's a daughter of a domain investor and millionaire. Usually people (like me) underestimate the talents of a heiress (like Paris Hilton) and doubt their capabilities.

In this case, we shall never doubt it. She doesn't come from a family of singers. She just has a talent which is singing. She is notably known for her 'duck lips' and rumors had been circulating around that she had botox or whatsoever. Furthermore she's rich and all but her close friends/childhood friends claimed her lips had been like that since young.

People are ALWAYS pointing their flaws when one has start to be famous. She's one of the dazzling female star to rise in 2011 followed by Adele and the late Amy Winehouse.

The music video for this song is 'hauntingly beautiful'. You thought her bf died but in the end, it was actually her. So, go click here to watch the video.

Her face is so the 60s and very classy. She reminds me of the girl from the antm (tk habes2) who looked exactly like her minus the duck lips.

Welcoming a new saviour

I had been pestering didi to buy for me a new straightener since the last one decide to die on me..forever. I had the warranty valid for 2 years but stupid me didn't register for it within a week after the purchase. Was too engrossed trying out the new straightener.

So, I had been using a no-label straightener before this. It was okaylah, not bad but it could not last long. So, there was this pink series in the vidal sassoon straighteners. It was damn PRETTY. I always check them out at watsons EVERYWHERE and they are always out of stock. There was once I saw this lady bought the pink series straightening and curling iron. That was like monthss ago. Finally, I got a hold of it. Despite didi always nagging about my damn-cannot-make-it damaged and falling hair, he still bought it for me :)

Thanks to my sis who volunteered to be the model.

Now my room is filled with pink stuff. Pink wall, laptop, straightener, bottle, bed and sometimes too much of pink is just not nice. Like having a pink bag with pink shoes and pink watch! A whole with a tinge of pink is just nice. I shall draw a line to it and stop purchasing pretty pink stuff in the future but sometimes...i just can't help it!! Okay now i shall stop talking about pink. Hoho.

Juffandi on vacation

Didi is on vacation with his colleagues and boss. It's some company bonding...at KL. Like what??

Okay fir, you should not be possessive and your poor bf must be out of your clutch and let him breath. Yes, I think I should do that but why can't he go on a weekday or what??

Eversince I worked, I spent lesser time with him and the only golden period to be with him for a full day is on a weekend.

Okay okay i shall not complain. He's supposed to be home today but still he's unreachable :( Let's hope he'll be back home safely :)

Valentine's Day / Gifts for 8 years anni

Valentine's day is in a month time and I know I may say it quite early but...need time to save up money and all. I ran out of ideas of what to do except to go out for dinner and that's it. Any better suggestions??

And our 8 years anni is coming really soon and I planned to buy watch for each other but he dismissed the idea :(

Then a few weeks later, he thought of buying a couple watch since it will be cheaper. Okay now he agrees with my plan. I asked what brand he wants. When he said 'Tag Heuer', I almost fainted. How cheap can that be?? He thinks our salary like president -.-

Carousel

I've been wanting to update the photos I took when I was at Carousel. My food editor from SPH blanja me lunch on my last day of work at SPH and it was super awkward moment because since she was an editor, everyone there put on a very impressive and excellent service.

Even the head chef came out and layan us which was a bit weird for me. The food there is really good and up to the standard. In return, I gave her the body shop's spiced vanilla body butter and scrub which smells damn GOOD! Mind the camera quality. I only got my hp with me :( Here are the photos:

Hello, new job. Goodbye sex and the city.

Holaaa! Okay after a month plus of being jobless, finishing up the entire series of sex and the city, munching and eating and munching 24/7, rotting at my bed, i finally got myself a job! Yahoooo! Like finally!

I got an offer from a job agent (yes, job agent again) as a management support officer at the most secluded, haunted (hope not) in this island which is Singapore Prison and im going to repeat this. This is located at the most 'ulu-est' place in this island which is Changi.

Ooooooooohhhh. I feel that chills running down my spine. I went there for an interview at 10am and OMG the place is like at 12am only that is bright. I see no people walking down the streets (Why would there be people walking at that area anyway?) The visitors area is at the other end. The place is damn huge. I only construction workers =X oh gosh.

I won't complain. I am blessed to finally get a job. If not for the job agent, I would be jobless for another 2-3 months. It's freaking HARD to secure a full-time job as a fresh grad. The golden key is to have EXPERIENCE. How would people get experience when they in the first place don't want to offer the jobs to us?

I just need to bring a mini holy book and a...pepper spray for self-defence!

Okay, i will start my job in 3 days time which is after Christmas. I am just praying and hoping for a good boss and friendly colleagues. Cmon, that is everyone's desires in every workplace. First day is always nerve-wrecking. I remember my first day at SPH and it was like total awkward. I have to read news articles for the ENTIRE DAY. You don't know what to do and people around you are soo busy to teach you.

Adjusting yourself to the new place and people around you will take weeks before you finally get that comfort zone. It was hard for me to leave my previous job as i already got my comfort zone and the thought of entering the new environment AGAIN will be my biggest fear. You just have no idea what you'll be expecting and people's expectations. This is one of the reason why people work for the same company for years. They just can't leave.

To those who are the same boat as me, starting a new year with a new job/position, good luck and all the best!

Sex and the city

I know a lot of you have not watch the seriess because it NEVER aired in Singapore before. (Correct me if I'm wrong ok?) I remember they aired 'Friends' only. So, I need a drama to catch up on to kill time. So, two of my ex-colleagues recommended 'Friends' while the other, 'Sex and the city'. I was torn between two so in the end I chose SATC (Sex and the city).

Some of the shallow people out there might think I'm horny and all want to sex only. Just because the title has the word 'sex' and it's going to be like a porn, you are wrong okay. If I'm horny, I might as well watch adult movies right?

This show is more fashionable, their lives revolved with luxury things and the main cast of this series is ALWAYS wearing the most fabulous shoes and clothes. I'm not saying all of her clothes. This series started in the late 90s so what do you expect of fashion during that era? It was during 2000-2003, she started to wear fabulous clothes and shoes with labels like Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo, Dior, Prada, Chanel, Roberto Cavalli and more!

There's meaningful side of the story. This main role of this series, Carrie Bradshaw who's played by Sarah Jessica Parker is a columnist/writer. So, she always have this meaningful quotes which leaves you...'Oh ya hor'.

This show reminds me of how great it is to have friends who are always there for you. It's a good show but a lot and a lot of adult content in it. There's always a sex scene in every episode and there was a time my parents caught me watching it! It was superrrrrrrrr awkward moment I'm telling you. So I make up an excuse 'alahhh nowadays hollywood dramas and movies always have this' and that drama wasn't classified under nowadays.

Before i start this post, I will warn that the next few statements I'm gonna make might cause a stir. It's not an insult. It's just a feedback from an unsatisfied customer. So, I do not want to make controversial.

Have you noticed Singapore has change so much? I bet you do. Let's focus on the customer sector. Who picks up the phone whenever you have inquiry about your bills/device? Who do you see at the counter when you shop at a retail outlet? Who do you see managing the whole restaurant? We see less and less Singaporeans doing all these work and it feels like the foreigners are overtaking the entire customer service sector here.

I'm not trying to say they are all bad. They do give a thumbs up service. However what I experience just now at Tangs was so not impressive. Me and my sister was at mac, browsing through the shades of lipsticks. There were few beauty consultants around but were busy attending to the other customer. So, there was this beauty consultant whom i assume was the supervisor or senior beauty consultant. She was just opposite us and was busy packing stuff. So, she gave us that apologetic look and signal to one of the beauty consultants to attend to us.

So, she's a filipino (can tell by her accent). There was a customer beside us also, trying on lipstick too. Then, surprisingly she went to that customer! I mean the supervisor had directly pointed to us two and the beauty consultant went to the one who was trying on the lipstick instead.

Thanks ah eh. I figured out the customer is a filipino. So, that makes me more perplexed. Like what was her intention? It's not as if the supervisor didn't point at us. She clearly did! The filipino customer was trying her lipstick on the mirror so she looked like she don't wanna get distracted right!

So, me and sister were definitely having an awkward moment beside them. We took these two lipstick which almost look the same but the code were different. So, we just don't know what's the difference and the freakin staff totally ignored. I even try to distract her!

The supervisor who was soo busy attend to us instead. She insisted that both of the lipsticks are the same actually. Then, the extra beauty consultant come echo the same statement. Now then she want to come and layan us. WTH? I mean she can layan us both at the same time whatt.

The customer whom she attend to was soooo fuckin fussy and was like 'I don't like this colourrrr'.

So, the supervisor was the one who took for me the new piece and I went off to pay and the girl was still deciding on the shade. Well, i bet she didn't buy any of it (bcos of her fussiness) and that staff didn't get any fuckin commission.

I mean what's with the repulsion? Me and my sister looked dumb enough that she thinks the other customer looked richer and it was not worth her time attending to us?

I may not be carrying an LV bag but yeah, I can fuckin afford to buy a mac lipstick.

She may be simply dressed while browsing luxury bags but the staff and customers are giving that can-you-even-afford-one-question-mark look. Hell to the yes, she has 50 grand in her bank. (Ok, it nots me obviously. Just showing example!)

So, these judgmental people just seems to get stuck with their underestimating and overestimating attitude. They judge from what they see instead of looking what's beyond. The world of judgmental people shut their eyes from the truth and believe what they were thinking is the truth.

Or maybe that staff just thought it feels comfortable being with someone who's like her. Racism issue? What's your view?

So much drama @ ANTM 17

If you had not been watching ANTM 17 All Stars, shame on you. Hah oklah a lot of viewers are getting bored of the same old photoshoots, challenges and blablabla and it's the 17th episode!!

this cycle was a bit different. this cycle features all the models that had been in competition. i had posted an entry about how damn excited i was for the first episode to premiere. so, i watched it online. so, after months, the season had finally end...with a twist. if you're following it through the local channel, sorry i'm going to write the spoiler here. so these were the 3 finalists.

I had loved Allison from the first time i saw her. she has this big blue dolly eyes and the camera simply loves her! Angelea from cycle 12 - she has a good personality plus great sense of humour. Tyra likes her alot. She can't seem to let go of her. She came from a very painful past like sleeping alone in a bus terminal and look where she is right now! For Lisa, bitch please. i never like that crazy woman since cycle 4. who the hell in the world pee in 'adult diapers' in front of the camera??

and you know what, she won the competition. yes, she's an ALL STAR. okay here's the drama. the three finalists had a fabulous runway walk in which they have to swim, go out from the water soaked wet, changed to their greek-goddess dress, fly to the runway and strut the runway with the song that they had composed earlier in the season. can't picture what i'm talking about? just view the video below. sorry it's in black and white. i can't find the perfect quality.

so, there u go, the three finalists strutting the runway. i know Allison was the awkward one but i love her sense of style! she's unique in her own ways! so here's the twist. after the runway, they obviously have to judge and decide the winner at that country they were at right?

suddenly the scene jumped back to the judges in US. like what the hell? shouldn't they be judging in Greece right after the runway. they claimed that Angelea was disqualified from the competition but the real reason remained undisclosed.

so, i paused and just googled and there, billions of people talking about the disqualification of the Angelea and the real reason behind it. there were rumors speculating that Angelea was the real winner and she breached the contract by spilling the beans before the season premiered! She tweeted, she went to facebook and boast about her new title. Unfortunately, the crew found out and had to immediately disqualified her which left the producers no choice but to RE-FILM IT. like WTF. confirm the judges will be FML.

Such an awkward moment for the judges and the models to 'act'. It's like they're faking it. They had to comment the same thing with the same words and the models had to fake their 'OH THANK YOU!!'. Definitely a dumb moment.

So, in the end, Lisa took home the title and she'll be everywhere.

Remember December

okay the title says it all. just remember december is a BAD month to be jobless.

Jobless mode

what? firi's jobless suddenly? okay okay. it's been almost a month since i'm unemployed. can you imagine life without any cents? im not looking forward to any day bcos there's no freaking pay day!

everyone will be like 'oh boy oh boy, 10 more days to my pay day' and make a checklist of all the things that needed to be splurge on!' and now im doing a checklist of all the jobs i applied. so far, i applied close to 50 jobs and NONE called.

oklah except from the job agents lah. i ask different positions, she give different positions. like i was looking for a qa/qc job, she offered me a fuckin retail job! are you serious??

sometimes job agents save your ass but they could be pain in the ass at times. okay enough of my rubbing salt to my wound. i left my sph job because it was a temporary job and my contract was ending. okay the truth is the pay was too little. what do you expect from an hourly paid job? you get $6/$7/$8 per hour which sums to (subtract the cpf) equals to $900 per month? the job scope does not tally with the pay. you did A LOT of work and yet bring home $900 per month.

so, it was not worth it. my pay was just enough for transportation, bills, insurance, food and more food. it doesn't even allow me to save money. so boohoo, after complains from gfs, cousins and bf, i decide not to be stupid and move on despite having the best boss :(

Happy Birthday to me!

i know my birthday was like in sept and now it's like dec! will give some credits for those AMAZING people who got for me these gifts! actually, they deserve more than a credit. they need exposure, lights, camera! their gifts reflects on how truly amazing they are!

so, i got this gift way before my birthday. even before raya! and it's from my bf. i was with him when we bought this so it was not actually a surprise. don't know lah, we just can't do surprises anymore! we were arguing what to buy for my birthday gift. so being the down to earth me, i was really shy to ask for an expensive gift. so he's the one who volunteered to buy for me this!

it have so many compartments. coins, card. you open one zip, there's 3 another compartments. if you know what i mean......& the leather smell....and i still wonder how people manage to buy the bag. it cost twice than my wallet! okay that one kate spade. how bout LV?? five/six times more!!

and these are the gifts from my gfs! the fruity scented (exactly my taste) shower gel!

and they seem to know my 24/7 hr problem - my damaged, dried hair and i'm telling you, it's the bestest shampoo i ever use and mind you, it's very costly esp the hair mask. so now i'm thinking twice of buying it again! so $$! So here's the Shiseido Tsubaki Damage Care set.

the special ingredients in this whole set is that it contains the Tsubaki Amino which repairs damaged hair. not only it is for repairing, it also add shine and give beautiful gloss to coloured hair which my hair is lacking. so, smart girls. they managed to find the secret formula which puts an end to my hair disaster.

so remember people, TSUBAKI! :O :O

so after a week of wearing it, here's the result! i was boasting to my bf that day i was having a very good hair day. so i shared with him thru whats app and he thought i went to a salon to do treatment and assume i wasted money. see how diff it is! (erm, this was taken...in the office. so obviously i cannot syok sendiri right and smile right?? so, there you go, weird smirk.)

Gfs treated me dinner at vintage delicafe and i'm telling the food's good man. sad that ht and hana didn't join us. speaking of which, it's been SO LONG I DIDNT SEE HANA! like monthsss!! WRU HANA?? elope with hazim ahh??

these are from my cousin. it's amazing that these cosmetics has a broad range of colours and shades, she managed to give the best shade and totally suits me. both of these shades are coppery which looks amazing on the skin! it feels like you are glowing. she got me a 'coppertone' powder blush and 'rubenesque' paint pot.

this shade goes well with the rubenesque colour. so, they are inseperable. it's very natural looking and it's best to use as a daily look.

i used this over my eyelids and just apply eyeliner. although it's creamy, it does not create that disgusting crease or caking that you would normally face as cream eyeshadow are thought to be very moist. this is very long wearing and pigmented. like i say, perfect for everyday look. it looks great when you finish the look with a dewy coral lips.

Last day @ SPH

last day at SPH was a bit drama. i promised to make molten chocolate cake. i did the prototypes 2 days before and it was successful. i used dark chocolate. as dark chocolate cost more than the normal chocolate, i change it to milk chocolate. i bought everyone chocolates and a bit special for my food editor. there was like 6 temps and 15 online editors!

so, i baked the cake and guess what? it failed. the chocolate milk won't set! it was all gluey. it was all back to major project. cake disaster. so, i was close to tears as i could not give anything to them bcos they blanja me KFC and pizza. so, the next day i went to buy mini toblerones and had to forcefully throw my failed cakes. kwang kwang kwang.

so, they gave me these. my health editor who's the nicest gave me the fake eyelashes and majolica majorca lash bone (primer mascara). the rest was given by the diva editor who claims she always get free stuff. she's a star blogger lah so she's always receiving perfumes and makeups, wrapped up beautifully! so good right??!! her table is always full of these stuffs.

the lash bone. just one stroke, it gives you that sky-high length! (bedek sia fir)

this fine brush helps to separate out the eyelash to prevent it from clumping.

and finish up with the a mascara. the falsies from the volume express series.

and a lipstick!

okay before this, i have the magnum volume express (yellow colour). it's finishing already but to my POV, it was the best mascara i ever use. not that im trying to falsies is not good. it's from the volume express series, it had to be good. the falsies has a curvier brush and focus more on giving the length. it's good that it does not clump together but it does not give that wow factor.

for the magnum volume express, i bought the first version which is not the super film. i hate it bcos despite giving that volume, it clumps together and it feels so heavier. like your eyelash carrying a dumbbell. i think they people complaint about it and i'm glad they improve on it.

they upgraded it to super film. so, it's available in non-waterproof and it separates out the eyelash and gives the wow factor by giving that volume to your eyelash! so anything to do with magnum, it's just great. so start naming your company, magnum. magnum pte ltd.

these two mascaras are good in their own way. it just depends of your preferences. will update soon!

Room Makeover

okay, im really embarrassed showing my old room. seriously, 14 years im stuck in the same old room. i felt like i slept on a prison bed (fyi, the bed below is not the prison bed. its so much worst-looking. haha) to add misery, i worked for 10 hours sitting in front of the computer and i felt that my back was bruised. when i threw the prison bed and slept on the floor instead, which i tot it's better, it got worst -.-

so my grandma pitied me a lot :( she took out half to revamp my room :D

i forced myself to throw half of my magazines collection. walau, heartpain ok! it's like throwing my money away!!

Syawal 2011

was sad that this year raya wasn't that 'happening'. idk wassup but people like no mood only jalan raya?? my nenek had joint problems so she too, had to stay at home and couldn't go out for visiting :( and my sister and cousin are having their olevels so they ended sleeping so late mugging for their exams and the next morning they are jaded.

the second day of raya was a working day somemore! urghhh. i worked for almost every weekend! blardy hell right. so we didn't have much raya pictures.

so..yeah enjoy.

this year, im surprised my bro so 'enthu' this yr. he used to be so anti-social. he hate to be in photos and all but hey he's like 24 now. i guess guys mature so slow right..?

we celebrated dearest, eldest member of the group, Tarini's 21st birthday! haha joking! we're in the same boat ok! ate at fish n co. was disappointed bcos f.i.s.h which had a great spread of salad buffet and I was craving it for months, wasn't there anymore! it was replaced and they had moved to somerset :( sad sia.

nevertheless, we still had 'mini' buffet! we ordered the starter platter which consists of nachos, calamari, battered shrimp and fish, salad tossed with italian dressing served with mayonnaise and salsa! can you hear your stomach growling already?? it was goooood. as for me, hana and birthday girl, we ordered the fingerlings, which the serving is smaller than usual. the usual serving is damn huge lahhh.

ordered salmon topped with roasted almond and it comes with creamy mushroom sauce which you can pour it over to give that delectable taste! yeah, i don't what was i thinking when i didn't take picture of the food to tease that palate of yours. hais but hope our face shots is quite appetizing too lah eh. haha.

80's party

okay, last weekend had 80s party. it was didi's cousin birthday. she just turned 6. so we had 'mini' party with a theme. so at first they plan Halloween theme. they wanted to use strings as hair and trash bags as our clothes. :0 IKR.

hah so bf suggested 80s. the funny thing is on the day of the party, i realised Ta, too had the same theme for her birthday which i didn't turn up cos i got visiting. okay now i feel guilty :(

Well, some of them may say it's crappy but some may say its good. oklah to make it clear, those who are like hardcore fan of marvel and already know the storyline of the movie, they had to say it crappy. the modern captain of america is little bit more saucy than the traditional one.

cmon, captain of america carries a gun while going on war and to add to that, he carries the shield which is totally durable and there's no way he's gonna die as long he had the shield. so...what's the purpose of injecting him with the serum? u throw some skinny guy with the shield and he will not die!

hehehe. oklah, at least he's a soldier with a heart. ya ya ya. the ending is a bit shocking. okay shall not spoil the ending lah but the movie has a tinge of humor of it's worth it lah. better than watchmen - boring, no humour, no story plot. hais.

the humor just comes from everywhere. like before he got injected with the serum, he was so skinny but the head's damn big like alien. then when he's finished with the transformation and slowly starts to reveal himself, everyone in the cinema laughed. basket u noe they all haha. the body exaggerate u noe. too big for his head. haha. oklah, it's funny.

i can't deny the officer is damnnn hott. which woman officer can you find with their red lipstick on 24/7. rain also the lipstick's still there.

i believe she tattoo-ed her lipstick like any other sporean auntie. tattoo their eyebrow lah. hehe. seriously, british women are rising in the hollywood scene like rosie huntington in transformers. haha, i can see you girls rolling eyes and guy..drooling already.

chris evans was oklah. he played the character quite well. of course, he was even a superhero before this. so, he had no worries of people doubting him in this film. actors like ryan reynolds in the green lantern. walau he totally failed in that movie. he acted in romantic comedy and suddenly transform to superhero...which is WTH.

so the ending, he missed the date with the hot officer and every single guys in cinema wished they could be her date instead. prasan btol. okk should watch, shall not spoil any further. anyway, pls pls stay in the cinema until the blardy credits finish rolling. after the movie, me and didi just walked out. he went to the toilet and while waiting, i was curious why people ran back to the theatre. they said something like 'must wait until the credits finish' then i also kpo lah wait. haha it was like freakin 11 30 and we had work the next day.

so we wait n wait...and taddaa there's a trailer to the sequel - the avengers crosses over several marvel characters like thor (chris hemsworth), black widow (scarlett johansson), ironman (robert downey jr), hulk (mark ruffalo), captain of america (chris evans) and their director of SHIELD, samuel l. jackson. it's coming soon...................in summer 2012. muaha. good good movies are coming out in 2012. i mean..why 2012??

A-W-E-S-O-M-E. awesome is the word to describe one place - universal studio singapore. well, 16th July(which is last week) marks the day that my dear boyfriend turns 21. can't believe he's aging so fast and wrinkles are already appearing! :-O

okay okay wth im still gonna be the same age with him in 2 months time (and wrinkles gonna appear more cos of...the cruel makeups that had made our face..old.)

Busy week

well, it was really a busy week. been finishing damn late from work like almost every single day.

but as for last friday, PERGI MAMPOS (go and die). i cabot at 6pm on the dot. can imagine my editor thinks that leaving at 6.15pm is considered early. nk mampos agaknyer.

so, met the girls last last monday. break fast with them and i was damn late. suddenly at 5pm, my cp (content producer) threw me a 2 disk of 130 photos each. so editing them one by one was pain in the ass. i couldnt do batch cos the dimensions are specific which leaves me editing the blardy pics one...by....one.

met the lovely girls and it's been a while since i laugh. always missing the old times we had. i really really miss the journey back home. noone can ever replace them. they're the bestest i've ever had.

i mean really, it's sucky going through life with friends betraying and leaving you in cold and they thought you gonna be ALRIGHT but these are my friends who are always there no matter what. whether it rains or cold or got disaster or got flash floods or so on, they're always there :)

Mom's 49th birthday

like i said, mom and didi's birthday are a day apart. so that makes me a busy person running here and there and planning here and there, calculating here and there. i tell you, there was not a day i did not use the calculator. after i calculate, i stress myself out (wth fir). thanks to my sister who really helped me out.

as everyone know, a relationship between mum and daughter can turn real sour and one of the reason is i did not celebrate mother's day but i made it up to my mum by giving her....

a coach wristlet! this was shared among me and my sister. we thought it's about time to pamper her these things. (since im already working)

bf's mum, too gave her a coach wallet. it's the same design but different sizes lah, like siblings (mum said so ok). hoho.

she was elated receiving her gifts (she didnt expect any i think). then after halfway through the family feast, she asked a very classic plus bonus ques nyer.

baekkk ibu. all this while, she's been using my coach bag to jemputan, which is why i bought for her this brand as this may be familiar to her. in the end, she has no absolute idea the brand coach. -.-

okay, we watched wipeout and hole in the wall. like idiot lah the shows. haha it simply make them look dumb u noe especially when they struggle to adjust themselves to fit into the tiny winy hole. watched APM and didi went home...and the next day...

Juffandi's 21st birthday

he had no idea where i'm going to bring him. had breakfast at BK. (this was all planned months ago. so can u imagine how long i waited for this day to happen?) finally had the breakfast platter. slurppp. bf decide not to have it bcos it's not worth the money. actually quite true lah. sausage, eggs,bacon, hashbrown and croissant = $7++

the cheeseeeee..........

i was fine with it bcos afterall, it tasted good. the platter consists of hugee black pepper sausage, mini hashbrown, egg filled with american cheese and ham and croissant. the egg was heavenly good but the serving too small. i just cudnt get enough of the cheese.

cmonn, the cheese was oozing out right when i slice the egg. the croissant was the spoiler. it cud have been the perfect breakfast you could have to start off your morning. the croissant was slightly hard. they're actually supposed to be soft and buttery but it wasnt at all. it tasted like days ago croissant. in the end, i fed my bf the breakfast platter as his fish burger was dry and too flaky. hoho.

then, took the train. (he still had no idea where we're heading) where else in singapore is a fun place besides sentosa seriously? i even gave him a clue the day before. i said something like...." we'll not be in this island and it's in the north " and you know what's his answer?

baekk didi. so once we dropped off at outram park, his face turned sour. okay the reason is he wore a very valuable shoe,jeans...okay head to toe and most importantly, the shirt that i gave. ok! time to reveal his birthday presents...jeng jeng jeng...im quite elated that this yr, i refrain myself from giving him money for shopping.

this time round, i BOUGHT him presents but the thing is i gave the presents all in advance. i gave him like 2 weeks b4 his bday so it feels like his birthday lasted for 3 weeks. but before that, i had something in my mind already.

we were walking around tampines when he saw this super nice and sophiscated seiko watch which cost $500. so, ive planned to buy for him that. suddenly, one of those days, he saw this head porter bag at wisma atria which appeals him so so much. furthermore, it's the Hiroshi Fujiwara's head porter, not the international one and the bag left one piece only.

me, being torn in between two, decide to buy that for him. so, he tot that will be all for his bday gift but since it cost below than the expected gift, i bought for him a shirt. a shirt which i can buy 15 cotton on tops!

bought commes des garcons shirt. oh my, i cant believe there's already a lot of people wearing the counterfeit one and im still buying it...at an original price! this pathetic outlet is only available at two pathetic place which is in hilton hotel and at the far end of orchard (near forum)! haiyohh.

it took me 2 days to understand what the shirt was about ok. it says 'they told me it was decaf 0.0'

ya...seriously it took me 2 days man. do you get it?

you know how much a simple black cardigan cost at there? $550. terbeliak mata aku. walau no shit for me man for many days.

okay back to the story, so the reason why his face turned sour is because he was wearin a shirt that he syg so much that he'll scared he'll ruin it. the moment i took the train to habourfront, he knew we're going sentosa (but still he dunnoe which part. hehehe) so he thought we goin to the beach. boringggg. he asked me why i didnt tell him earlier that we're going somemore beachy and sunny.

took the sentosa express. gosh, the last time i went to sentosa was when i was in year 1 (2008). can u imagine how long was that? resorts world that time was still under construction. i swear i was soooooooo damn jakon. so, we dropped at waterfront station and i gave him an evil smile. hehehe. paiseh kann??

so there was no dress code to step in uss. seriously, you can wear shorts, slippers,bikini, underwear, g-string, people dun care. as long u dun leave ur balls hanging lah when u ride the rollercoaster. wth firr!

i saw this group of ladies wearing wedges ok. i mean wtf right. uss like clubbing gitu. i saw this couple whom i believe they were dating bcos guy was wearing so formal like office wear. lagi wtf!

i felt like doing jumping jack the moment i step in! hehe! i felt i wasnt in singapore anymore. i felt i was in hollywood! new york! some strange world!! it's extraterrestrial! eh mcm sial ah! puih!

the evil battlestar galactica!

so, like everyone knows, when you step in uss, you nid alot and alot of cash. so once we stepped in sci fi, bf wanna ride battlestar galactica. nk mamp?? i wanna warm up first by riding the accelerator but we tot its pathetic. so, i gave it a shot! we took the human one.

it was one HELL OF A RIDE. omg. after the ride, i was out of breath and my mouth got so dry (bcos i was yelling and the speed was damn fuckin fast and the wind obviously had made my mouth completely dry.) the side people could nearly hit the pole. it was so damn near and damn fast!

like any other rollercoaster, when it's going up, it will take damn freakin long to reach to the top and you could hear the chain sound right? for this case, no chance was given. it ZOOOOM ALL THE WAY UP and DOWNNN. omg!!!!!!!

i realised the human rollercoaster was way steeper than cyclone one. so the eerie/ticklish feeling is damn bad. i was shutting my eyes shut and it turns so vigorously that my bf had to elbowed my arm to the seat. can u imagine the pain? the speed is already like a killer and there he is, elbowing my arm.

people went on like ARGHHHHH!! and i was the one who's like SAKIT! SAKIT! SAKITTT LAHHH!!

haha which mean PAINN, PAIN, PAIN LAHHH!

when it ended, my hair was a mess and i was damn dizzy. when i stood up, i could hardly walk and you know who i saw?? i saw this 2 old dudes ride the same thing. this old dudes look like they're in their 70s u noe!! omg, i feel so unhealthy..and a loser.

unlike the cyclone ride, our lower part of our body was only secured. so can you imagine the other half of our body is hanging free and it went down on a steep rail. oh my what if im half the size of my body.....

okay i really wanna share the pictures i saw from the new paper and st, the pictures really zoom in to the people riding it u noe. so you know roughly what its like to be on top there but sucks man i left my thumbdrive at work! those who had ride it, well, congratulations?

walau i suggest you bring ur hat/cap man go there. bcos EVERYONE has to bring cash with them while riding the rollercoaster. when you're standing below the rollercoaster right, suddenly you'll see dollar notes flying and coins dropping u noe. then pandai2 ah take ur hat/cap to catch it. suddenly got raining money. wahh there's fountain of wealth at suntec. now there's rollercoaster of wealth!!

so we waited for the ride for 80 minutes(and the ride lasted less than a minute). due to the free time given was only 55 minutes for the locker, i had to pay $5 to reopen it. luckyy i brought cash with me u noe. there was this grp of people who didnt bring any cash with them so when the time exceeds, they have NO money to reopen their locker!

Ancient Egypt

the egypt was cool. i love the song that plays at every part of the theme park. the egypt has some arabic song playing. i feel like shaking my hips like shakira. the sci fi has electro song. cool rightt. the troublesome part of going with people who will ride everything is that there is noone to look after our things. so, we went to the locker again and queue for another ride.

i had no idea that the ride was gonna be a killer one again. i tot it's gonna be some lame, kiddish ride but no! i shall not spoil how was the ride. all i know it's all pitch black, the effects were great and there's a surprise too!

hah i like the song that was playing. it's a soundtrack from jurassic park (duh). it's not actually a song lah. it's like a rhythm where they first meet the dinosaurs or the ending of the movie where they finally escape from the dinosaurs. ya, so it went on and on.

we wanted to take the jurassic park rapids adventure but the queue was like 2h30mins long. so it wasnt worth putting in and out of our bags from the locker. so, i rented the locker the whole day. apparently, that's the only place where we can rent the entire day. so, paid $20 just for a day man. hais $$

we queued for like 2hr30mins to ride the boat. hais, one boring ride i tell you. the currents were not that strong lah but i like the dark part. it's so freakin dark den suddenly the boat rises up and when u look up, it's as if the dinosaur gonna eat u and then, the boat suddenly falls and splash! walau like no use u noe i buy the poncho. one poncho for $2 u noe. wth!

i was soaked wet. my feet, pumps, hair all wet! my fringe starts to curl and all. haiyohh. the lady behind me was like 'not worth my 3hr waiting time!' true true.

Far far away

this is like more bubbly and kiddish place. we went to eat goldilocks. gosh, one set of burger meal is like $10.90. tkde mahal lagi? the chicken fingers (my mum got like 1 whole pack at home) sold it for $5.50. kidding man. lucky i wasnt that hungry. didi ate the burger and it tasted like homemade burger! haiyohh.

it was already 6plus and the place was quite empty. the waiting time for shrek 4d adventure was like 15 minutes! so we entered and it was damn funny i tell you. it's like real 4d. when the horse sneezes, suddenly got water splash on u. when there's spiders, you could feel something tickling ur feet too!

when they ride the carriage, the seat will also rock. it's as if you're riding the carriage too. i hope there will be 4d movies in the future man!

got myself a potion bottle with mango juice. it's like $15++. walau i tot $6.90 u noe. hais trick people money.

went to hollywood & new york to take loads of pictures and we went inside the Lights, Camera, Action! hosted by Steven Spielberg. it was AWESOMEEE. those who were in the front row sway ah. it really feels you're in new york kena hit by hurricane and the be prepared to be blown away by the effects! in the end, i really tot the ship gonna hit us but no lah where got such thing! gosh fir.

okay i seriously dunnoe wad he's doing.

okay so, i tried to find many excuses bcos i really dunwan to ride the cyclone but i was thinking it's such a waste right. i paid so much and i dun ride this ride, which was kind of the signature of uss.

so, i garnered my strength and energy (i was hungry and tired and nervous that time) to ride the ride man. so i was damn silent. didi was like 'pls lah dun scared lah! if u dunwan, we'll go back tau!' i held his hands, it was freezing cold! wth! he too was nervous and still dare to scold me. walauu haha. step abg2 cool only.

then, when i sat, i felt like going out already. the thing im scared about this is firstly, it turns upside down for 5 times (its stated in the board. thanks for the extra info eh.) and.......seriously 5 times??

hais. i take human already mabok den cyclone wad? as usual, when it's going up, it will ZOOOMM all the way and it started to fall! didi was like ARGHHHH all the way so i joined him. the next moment, i felt i was in washing machine. it kept spinning and spinning. haha. i enjoyed it so much that i opened my eyes big and yelled, YEAHHHH!! but when the rollercoaster starts to fall, i quickly shut my eyes. gosh i hate that ticklish feeling. when it spins, i will open back and yelled YEAHH! so yeah, it was hella fun man!

i was havin this adrenaline rush and i was so high that after the ride end, i yelled again and yeah...lucky got people yelled back. if not, paiseh man. then, i wanted to ride again. hehe it's so fun i tell you but then, didi was tired :(

it was like 7 45pm. we took the jurassic park rapids adventure again. there's like zero people and the moment we came, there's seat for us already. so, we took the ride and yeahhh. i dunnoe why didi yelled like 10 times louder this time. walau feel i was deaf one side man.

after that, we took the canopy flyer. walau i tot the ride was like kiddish ok. i was so confidence bcos i stayed back just to get the front seat. so, me forgetting that im quite afraid of heights, i freaked out once it went up. gosh, and it's so damn fast i tell you. i froze in my seat man. i dun dare to look down at all. there was this part it turns sharply, im like........

okay i think thats more like me when i took the galactica ride. imagine you're like 6 storey high and weeeeeeeeeeee. below was all people and rides. can imagine me falling into them.

hais. so we waited for fireworks at 9pm. it was greattt.

it's so weird that after the fireworks, the place was all smoky and dusty. the fireworks was from in front of us so, its really dangerous to stand right in front lah. haiyoh hazardous man. then, he planned to go there again....on my birthday 0.0

sobs the day ended so soon :'(

so i recommend all ages to go and pls dun miss the galactica rides bcos if you've been studying, schooling or working like mad and goes FML, YOU SHOULD HAVE THIS RIDEEEEE. anw, book your tickets using mastercard as there's 20% discount! so i paid like $58 only! besides, you dun need to join the blardy long queue. just queue at the guest service counter and tadaaa! instantly got the tix! (but must have printer at home)

for me, i stupidly go check my email the next day i went uss. they had actually given me the tickets document which ive to print it too and just go str8 to the entrance -.-"

the mastercard promotion is until 18 november!

after that, we ate at habourfront market and took bus 30. slept throughout. it was such a long day man. then, the next day, had post-celebration at his house. enjoy.

okay i wanted to update as much as i could. thanks to i-dont-know-what, i got a..swollen eyes. in malay term, it's tembel. i'm really used to this tembel. i will get it like twice a month and it can be bitchy i tell you. i could hardly open my eyes, i couldnt wear contacts and worst, makeup.

i don't know why this time round, its really bad. usually when i got this 'swollen eyes', there's this small pus at the bottom of the eyelid. its good if u have that bcos it will automatically burst and the pus will flow out and yeah, goodbye swollen eyelids!

this time round, it has no pus and there's no way the pus gonna come out. so it's gonna stuck there for a while, leaving my right eye half-open for the rest of the 3 days. yes, the doctor gave me a 3 days mc. i know i must be thankful but no way im going to take that 3 days mc. furthermore, i worked under job agent. so, they will take my pay EVEN MORE. they SUCKS alot.

job agents are very cunning. they happy2 find job for you but then, they'll silently sucked all your money. yes, your hardwork money! they took 30% of my pay (i calculated it). can you imagine?? my god.....!!

okay anyway, lets move on and not talk about depressing stuff. my eyes confirm become more swollen.

this outing was on 2nd of july. that weekend was like a family day. went out with didi's family. they went shopping while....i window shop what else.

the next day, we watched transformer 3d with the boys. yes, i agree mardy the movie was abit draggy. i also find the girl pointless in the movie. it was a distraction of us too. i mean, why is shia always and always with the girl?? but i cant deny lah the girl is smokin hot. the graphics and effects are awesome especially in 3d. worth ur 14 bucks. i can't believe im saying this but i watched this twice.

muahaha. okay anw, this week will be my beloved people's birthday. mom birthday on this friday and didi's birthday this saturday! hoho. will update soon!

Got the first bite off the new chocolate melts from Mcdonalds. They send over for some food tasting. My food editor asked me to do review on this. berdegap degup my heart as i typed. as everyone know, firi can't write for nuts. i only write reports which is really scientific.

muaha i tried my best not to sound soooo scientific and guess what she said when i send to her my review? she said it was too PR and it was like i was advertising the food or somethin..which wasnt expected at all. so, she asked me to write it from my heart....and i instantly felt warm the moment she said that.

haha really. like saying....listen to your heart. who do you love?

right right?? haha. okay anyway....the chocolate melts. i felt that if the diabetic were to eat this, their blood sugar will shoot up like mad or instantly kena admitted to hospital.

it's damn sweet. can you imagine? they poured chocolate syrup over the cubed mini buns and they thought it's not enough so they sprinkled brown sugar!

i mean what were they thinking right pouring brown sugar over chocolate syrup?? it was like a secret ingredient lah but they stupid go put brown sugar picture on the box, otherwise people wont know it. haiyoh, i dont mind if u sprinkle cinnamon powder or whatever that has neutral taste. rabak pe brown sugar. oklah brown sugar has lower glycemic index than normal sugar but still...the calories.....

haha. okay some of my colleagues preferred chocolate melts over cinnamon melts. for me, i prefer cinnamon more. okay maybe im just not a chocolate person. i mean...eating buns with chocolate syrup...not as exciting as cinnamon melts. i mean you eat that every single day (nutella with bread). they NEED to come out something more fusion and mind-blowing! haha. okay anw, here's the edited review. anw, it's not that fantastic ok. i know you can write better than me! haha i wrote this from my heart....aww....

The cubes of bread are coated with chocolate syrup and sprinkled with brown sugar, which adds crunch to the dessert. The sweetness intensity at first few bites are acceptable as the bread will mask the sweetness of the chocolate syrup and brown sugar. (this is sooo food science. haha!)

After taking few more bites, I was in need of warm water as the the sweetness got intensed. So, complement this dessert with a warm water or tea or otherwise, your throat will get heaty for the next few hours. I observed the bread will get harder and the chocolate syrup will be more viscous (scientific again!) upon cooling which is not that desirable. So, indulge it while it's piping hot!

okay seriously, the laptop is aging and is really growing old. i feel like im typing some 80 years old laptop. cmon im using an internet explorer (which era sia still using internet explorer), using adobe photoshop 7.0 (oldschool) and microsoft word 2003 (it's always been a joke to my friends fyi) everything is just in grey! so it's really old already! like human, got grey hair. get it??

okay seriously fir, nobody cares if your laptop is aging or not. it's not as if someone will...reward you some younger laptop! haha wth! okay moving on, i had a date with bf.

oh cmon!! since when we go dating anymore?? the last time was like years and years ago, when your armpit hair could barely grow. yes, that period of time! dating is such a hardest thing to do especially years of being together but it's funny how i'm willing to go for it but...i just don't know how. the truth is i don't really get what dating is.

i mean, does it apply to couples or single guy & girl going to be couple or a guy courting a girl??? hais, wtv it is, lets just call this particular night a...date night bcos this is the only night when we were all fun and giggly bcos it's a freakinnn saturdayy.

for the first time, the main spotlight...was me! you know ah every single time we went out, didi was the main limelight, always occupying every spaces in my camera and then after occupying the spaces, a minute after that, the space is free once again. you know why? he'll delete every single of his photo and leave one picture behind. (if it's a bad day, he'll leave none.)

yes! he has his habit of deleting his pictures when it looks okay! haiyohh. idk i think we never look good in the photo. we hardly get a perfect shot. when he look good in the photo, mine will look bad like suddenly got strand of hair on my face. when i look good, he'll look somewhere else!

so i was wondering how our wedding photo will look like man. hopefully not.................

okay perhaps no cos i won't wear any wedding veil. when i talk about marriage, didi will dismiss and talk about something else..which could means he might not wanna marry me and end up......

forcing him to marry me! whatttt. okay okay i shall not think any further. i hope my wedding day will go on very very smoothly like prince williams and kate middleton (hehehe). my god, the wedding's damn flawless!! i remembered watching the live wedding ceremony at work and i was like........

except there's no bra in my head lah. just now i did gallery about kate middleton's outfits after marriage. i tell you she's like 900/100. cmon lah people in taiwan are going gugugaga over gaga's outfit, spilling their boobs out. might as well just flash ur boobs right. girls, woman should really start following this gorgeous, sophiscated duchess. haiyoohh people! we're like a sore loser. we came to the second last day of this limited pirate sale. the sale was crazy. the t shirt which cost $120 was discounted to $69 which is around 50% off! and the sucky part is the shirts left are M and L. wth!

okay seriously, mind this. i was...just poking the ape's eye. erm, weird i noe!

fish & co. time!!

i really wanna do reviews of all the places ive eaten (since my food editor taught me ALOT of useful stuff on writing reviews. hehe.) still, fir can't write.

i ordered singapore's fish and chips which the battered fish was topped with chilli crab sauce. just want to try2 lah in the end, it's too overpowering for such a delicate fish. it turns out to be yucky.

the calamari was great. first bite leaves you wanting for more (of course it's an appetiser). it's well-spiced. after few more bites, it's like eating salt. too too salty.

this was the best among all the fish and chips. there's fish n chips stuffed with cheese. so, if you're a big fan of cheese like my friend, hana who's can go gugugaga over cheese, this will be a perfect place for you.

ote to self: we're not even close to spore flyer. we were somewhere isolated around parco shopping centre where there's zero human. there were construction work surrounding us. wth!

it's been a while since i blog. it's been a while since i see the girls. it's been a while since i go shopping. let me just update what i have been up to till i'm soooo busy and i don't blame my mum for chiding me for not always at home and ill be like....

hehehe. okay i just want to make it clear that i've been so busy with work. i mean every single of us is busy with work! despite the office hour, the journey to work is like no joke i tell you. ermmmm okay fir, it's not really funny. it's damn fuckin annoying to take either mrt or bus to work.

every single day is the SAME. i shall not complain bcos i believe there are human out there who experienced much worse than me. for me, being a spoilt one, for 19 years of my life, i didn't really have a school which is so damn far from home.

cmon, my primary school is right in front of my nose. secondary school at tampines which is like neighbour to bedok, poly can close eye to go there and my attachment is even at bedok! so, when having a job which the journey is like an hour away (east to north), it's really pain in the ass for me.

so what makes you think i wanna work at jurong, which is mainly all the food industries are. haiyohhh. mrt smell people armpit lah, even pretty lady carrying lv bag also sweat like pig ok! so in the end, i resort to taking bus to work. journey is longer but the environment is much friendlier and definitely less harsher than mrt.

even since i pushed this man so damn hard until he almost fall (hehe it wasnt my fault. the mrt suddenly jerked), i decide to take the bus! mrt cannot gelek here and there or else you kena stomp by people.

eversince my colleague resigned to further study, it's like leaving me in a 2m deep pool. he left me with piles to work and verticals for me to handle alone. anyway people, pls support my company by reading and liking asiaone. :) so here's the verticals which i'm attached to...

anywayyy, ive no idea how long i'm going to stay. perhaps going to leave at the end of the year. so sometimes i ended work damn late. my eye degree shoot up eversince i started working there! so after working, i realised i misses school so much.

bcos bf's house is damn near to my poly, it always bring that nostalgia moments. i miss walking with the girls home, jumping around when i see lizard, screamed left when we're on the bicycle track, always laughing at people who fall (like ta. hehe), lunch at flavours (yong tau fu and fried fish soup), watching movie at library, baking cake, do reports, cooking...omg there's damn a lot of things i'm missing already!

i never knew working life is so hectic. i didn't have time to even switch on my laptop. i'm always home by 8pm (if i see bf, im home by 10pm) and i'll have dinner and sleep bcos the next day and the rest of the day is going to be an early day..and the pattern goes on...

due to my weak immune system, i'm always falling ill. i'm always having flu and migrane. (wth right!) i've this colleague who's sick every single day and i thought i got that sickness from him! and i looked sooo old and haggard nowadays! okay probably im stressing out bout my mum and didi's birthday which are days away (their birthdays are like a day apart) and i'm still quite planless and...raya is coming mannn! which means....this year, instead of money coming in, my money will be coming out this time. haiyyohh. i really need to upgrade my 'oldschool' bedroom man. haiyohhh. sooo stress....and obviously i can't afford to spent everything b4 raya! haiyohhhh...

the tranport money is fuckin expensive. $10 can be gone for like 3 days. i wonder how people can work at jurong there man. this entry is just an emo one lah people. i just want to go back to school..people are just getting smarter and foreigners are flooding in..so in conclusion....

Huiteng finally turns 20...

hurrayy for ht! okay i know this is so da basi nyer post. haha actually ht turns 20 ages ago, so that makes her 30 now. okay okay im getting lamer as i grow older. (hais) ht's birthday was on the 26th of april so you do the calculation lah eh. so with me trying this new blog 'thing' - linking tumblr and blogspot, lets just update my dear friend's birthday! (btw mind the tumblr's link colour. it really sucks! and the best thing is that ive no idea how to change it!)

okay so i remember it was on a weekend. (sorry, my brain deteriorating after months of not schooling!) we decide to surprise at..her workplace. maklumlah beauty consultants work so hard.....until they forget to take care of themselves too! irony right! haha ok ok. so after upteem times celebrating each other's birthday....we kind of ran out of ideas on ways to surprise her. i mean if she were to see one of us, she knew WE ARE GOING TO SURPRISE HER.

fortunately, every single of us are getting smarter right....oh let's just say the surprise is just predictable. haha ok. so ht was at sasa sale (forever buying face masks which i think she frames every one of them, instead of using them) seriously, it's like this week she buy a box of 20 face masks at watson, then next week she buys another 5. i mean....we only have 1 face right??

so, mardy was the only one approaching her. she made up a story that mardy was with her family so she decides to drop by to see ht. (lame rightt?? haha cmon we ran out of ideas man.) so, mardy stood there like lampost while ht shops. so we were quite clueless. so, we also stood there like lampost also, waiting for ht to finish shopping.

waiting for her to finish shopping like waiting for mango tree to grow sia. then, she wanted to go to watsons upstair. so imagine all 5 of us kanciong already. we rushed up to hide beside the watson store. there was this pathway leading to carpark, so it was okay to surprise her there.

then, the moment we saw ht, we screamed 'surprise' like every other people will do. i dont know, of all times, when we screamed 'surprise', there was damn alot of people heading towards the carpark. wtf? all the moment we waited, it was empty you noe. then when we surprise her, people just appear out of nowhere. the passer-by gave us that what-the-fuck-is-it-my-birthday look.

so ht was embarrased i guess. haha then we head to the rooftop, where the weird water playground is and where all the jakon parents are. i don't it why must they go to a mall rooftop to play the water playground when..you can go to jurong/sengkang to play the real water playground. you know like at least play with..a REAL pool. okay okay maybe i should just mind my own business.

okay we gave her this super gorgeous victoria secret's makeup palette, which i love to have one of it! i must thank ta for making all the way to sentosa to buy this. such a sweetheart! haha. enjoy.

HELOOOO! i can't believe two weeks after school ended, noone had really call me! WTH! okay, overall i've submitted my resumes to 7 different companies and zero has called me. yey yey im gonna stuck at home and be housewife. anw, im already like a housewife...except no husband. husband wants to be declared as boyfriend forever. he thinks he forever young you know.

every morning i wake up, go market, buy grocery and cook. yes, every single day! my mum was soooooo used to me cooking everyday that she cried when i didn't cook....which was yesterday. my kpo sister said that my mum was like ' maner kakak.............asal dier tk masak.......ibu penat......sobs sobs! "

alamak one day off also cry you know. anw, congrats to all currently working full time and earning some money!! :'( every single day i confide in bf saying that nobody wants me to work with them. i'm such a sore loser. kental and all. i felt so depressed until he finally said something....which...kinda shock me....

gosh, yesterday i slept with the lights on just because i dunwan to look under my sister's bed. okay it's just some random eminem's song ok. so, hello people! this is will be my very first official post of 2011! hurrrrayyy.

happy new year everybody!!

shut up you napoleon. this will be my forever favourite movie. this guy never fails to crack me with his GOSH-WHAT-DO-YOU-THINK?? alah, it's just an old movie which i always watch. just pretend you know this movie ok?

anyway, it's been so long i never update my blog due to my hectic life. oh cmon dude everybody has a hectic life! even jobless people also got hectic life k. wait for armpit hair to grow den shave, wait again, shave. hectic right??

SCHOOL

okay, school drove me nuts BUT im glad to say school's out!

it's sad to leave TP. sayang you know. you know why? because throughout the 3 years, i only explored 1/5 of TP only. i didn't make use of the beautiful reservoir thats right behind the school. i didnt camwhored at the fountain. i never step inside the gym before and wonder how its like smelling TP student's hairy armpit, i never dine in at sugarloaf, the top table! wth fir!!

however, i ended with a depressing paper. i don't know whether it's me or the paper that driving us crazy. how could we managed to complete all the accounting question plus an essay question plus 3 short ques in an hour??

i did the accounting question for like an hour and i didn't managed to get the right answer and once he said '5 mins left', i rushed to do the 10 marks essay...which i didnt exactly. i just gave some rubbish answer. so, to conclude everything, i couldnt do the account question, i couldnt do the essay ques, i skipped the short structured question, how many marks do you think i'll get?

1 mark for the effort i've put! 1 mark for the 2 days studying non stop and in the end, came out 1/7 of it!

just bear in mind, im not going to be any foodservice manager! if you see any food outlets close down, that's probably me, who's dumb enough to be the manager and screw up the sales and could not do a simple balance sheet or profit or loss statement in an hour!

just so you know, if you think being a manager is damn fuckin cool, im gonna rip your head and screw your brain......with a nail! okay okay!

it's been a long time since i talk about my bf. hoho of cos need to squeeze in story about my bf. he just finished his NS. ORD OH!! say goodbye to firefighter!

sadly, firefighter wasn't his passion. he didn't choose to sign on. (the 24 hours job kills him) just when i thought his life gonna be more simple, i was wrong. just a week after he ord, he landed a new job..as a technician!

yes, he travels around singapore. his working hours is like crap. 10-12 hours of work. monday to saturday. in the evening, he got classes. so its like i could spent time with him once a week.

i could not live in that situation bcos i was soooo used to him being all around me, being there for me 24/7, being a remedy after a crappy and tiring day. now that he could not be there for me as often, it feels so empty at times. it's like losing a best friend. noone could entertain my crap, nonsense, my childish and sentimental behaviour like he did.

oh god fir, why am i being so emooo suddenly! you know in a relationship, it's all about sacrificing and it's not about letting go just to ease the pain and the burden. be patience and if you're a woman, be strong and don't cry if a man let you down. you know he'll be sorry. all the sacrifices you made and all the obstacles you went through, you know it's gonna make you stronger. at the end of the day, you know it's worth it.

haha hoho. i don't know how did that came from me. so yeah, thats him. hopefully he'll get a better and decent job someday.

BIDDING GOODBYE TO MAJOR PROJECT

you know how i really dread this major project. but, to think of it, i actually kind of miss it. the baking part of course. not the report writing. i wanna say thank you to my dear groupmates, hazim and khad. they're the most fun people to work with. actually, we worked together for like a year! eversince from koolwerks. amazing huhh?? i would loveee to work with them in the future but sadly, we had to part ways. hazim going to be chef and khad going to nutrition. baru nk jadi CEO sama2.

they endured my pms, nags and my panic-stricken mode. alah, i always get panic w/o any reason. they're the ones who always calm me down. you people are wonderful. the day we said goodbye to major project was the day my eyes filled with tears of joy and happiness. HELLOOOO MY FAITHFUL, BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS READERS!! (does that calm you already?) i know you all have been coming here to get your blood pressure up seeing the same sickening minah-dengdeng post! i knowww i also having high blood pressure wanting to update my blog but tak update update. you see i promised myself to update on new year to update all the 2010 pictures.

then i realised i didnt take much pictures like i did in 2009. furthermore, i just see myself getting older and older. (low self-esteem!) there's soooo many stories to share like this crazy man who sat beside me and screamed at me with no reasons in the bus (siao), this boy almost knocked onto me with his bike and called me cibai instead of me calling him, this cikopek asking me to unlock his hp for him and ironically he cud make calls after that and how my 2 weeks virus-infection (i could almost died from it) can cause 8 people to be sick!

yes, A LOT OF ODD, WEIRD STORIES.

but no time lah to update. so, ill be on hibernation. (no fir, people use hiatus instead of hibernate) ok fine, ill be on hiatus (do we really have to italic it?)

okay yesterday me and bf went to eat at sakura near peninsula there. not much people lah. then there's this couple with a friend sat beside our table. i ordered fried kway teow deng deng. then, the couple also ordered the same food.

then both of our food came. after few minutes, the couple called the waiter and asked,

" how come i don't see any meat? it's all kway teow..and blabla.."

she's complaining there's no deng deng in the food. i looked at my food and the deng deng was all over ok. it's just that the color of the dengdeng was same with the kway teow. it's hard to distinguish lah. then, i looked at the girl who complain so much. it was a fucking minah...just by looking at her 0.01 cm eyebrow with bleached hair.

she complains there's no deng deng in her bf's meal somemore when it's all over. just korek your eyeballs and see properly lah. then the manager came and apologized and ordered new one for them. she think it's her father shop ah want alot of dengdeng. you want dengdeng so much go geylang ah. she thinks dengdeng in the market so damn cheap you know.

100g for $4 you know and at sakura kway teow dengdeng $4.50 ok. consider cheap already. somemore complain want extra dengdeng. just cut your fats from your fat ass lah and grill it. dengdeng also what. she thinks she eating at 5 star restaurant. me and bf were like rolling eyes 720 degree already. then when the waiter served the food, the waiter said don't be mad. the girl somemore can reply..

" i'm not angry. i'm just wonder why no dengdeng....blabla "

babi. kasi kau makan bak kua baru tau. stupid you know of all things to complain. if i were her, ill complain about the gst charge ok. i saw this piece of paper which says...

had a long day on last friday. you know during the last hour, we had tutorial which we talked about mcdonalds. he was actually explaining how they managed the staff and all but our mind were not really into it. we were imagining mcspicy and shaker fries. we were salivating already. we were imagining the lecturer as mega mcspicy already!! seriously, we were like hungry zombies, ready to gobble up the lecturer already. it was raining somemore!

okay the menstruation part is so out and extra. hehe. have you really noticed the workers at mcdonalds did the 'M' shape when sprinkling salt on the fries? never in my life, not even once i saw any workers did the 'M' shape ok. this lecturer of mine said they do that. im like since when?? i think the last time he went mcdonald was when he was 8.

tadaaaa! ok so, i finally got my mcspicy on last sunday! it feels so great to finally to chew on the crispy, spicy, tender, juicy chicken breast. hehehe. so me and bf were eating when.....this guy distracted our meal by....staring at us....eating.

yes, he stood there, chewing his fries and played staring game. we were sitting outside that time. so there's only 2 groups of people eating there lah. then, he just stood there for like 3 minutes and stared. not at the food you know. he stared at our eyes. like wtf. the meal was like damn appetizing then suddenly this guy came and make me lose my appetite just by staring at his eyeballs...

my god. then, he went to another table and stared at this two chinese girls who are eating too. as usual, he stood there and played staring game. since there's no guy in the table, he stared for extra 2 minutes! gatal nk mampos! he stared and stared. haha idk wtf he wants ok. like i feel im in some just for laugh show u noe.

then after staring, he went to this big group of people. wah at first, they were talking damn loudly. when the guy came only, crook2, dead silence like paranormal activity.

AWKWARD!!! im just waiting for someone to beat the guy up. kick his balls or something. pervertic ok! i bet he'll stare at the girl for extra 10 minutes if the girl got big boobs.

hola people!! ive changed my template..again! bcos i kinda hate the previous one. it took ages to load the tagboard, twitter and everything. sometimes it just won't load! im sure you're feeling my pain. k fine so i just put the tagboard right in the middle of the page. it took me hours to squeeze everything at the top...thats why it's...messy. hoho ok wtv fir stop complaining.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2

anyway watched paranormal activity 2 with bf last week. it's a must-watch.

okay it depends on individual. some of them may find it boring, slow and draggy. i would expect the same reaction from bf bcos he's the type who hates that kind of movies but i was surprised he was well, freaked out like girl in the middle of the movie. those who wants to save their money and watch online instead, don't be stupid lah. these kinds of movie shouldn't be watched online. like lullaby movie already you know. you let baby watch also the baby confirm yawn and throw bottle at the screen ok.

the sound effects was kind of exaggerate lah to me. the characters spoke damn softly, then the effects like 10 times louder ok. like out of the blue, BOMM!!! this movie definitely not for faint-hearted. when the movie came to a dead silence, i purposely talk to bf or say lalalala to distract myself from the sudden loud noise. i don't want to freak out like mad person lah.

well, if you didn't watch part 1, you definitely get lost in this movie like bf. he don't understand the whole movie until the next day. he went on like...why why why? then, ive to narrate the whole part 1 to him like macam paham. walau i also don't understand the movie like why suddenly got demon. hmm. confirm got part 3 ah.

after this movie, me, bf and sister always woke up at 3plus in the morning. funny right?? when i woke up at 3 30am, im like oh shit. then i just recite pray and force myself to sleep back. haha i was scared suddenly my drawers or cabinet suddenly open or something will drag me. gosh stupid fir.

SCHOOL

after 6 months of not schooling, it's so weird to see the timetable once again. despite the relaxed timetable as we got only 4 modules to take, the workload is like BOM like paranormal activity. imagine having 3 projects which includes developing 3 different kinds of food.

like what i stated in my major project, ive to bake cake with incorporation of artificial sugar. we struggled to bake one simple humble cake ok!! my god. i tot it'll be easy. we got stressed why the cake burnt lah, got sunken in the middle, got soapy taste. we've baked like 6 freaking times to finally get the perfect one. note to self: this is only the control cake. there's no artificial sugar yet.

this is the perfect cake we baked. the supervisor said it's salty and gummy. what do you mean by gummy man?? so i can't imagine the upcoming weeks and im starting to get sick of the baking smell already.

and i got another product development project. kidding me right ive to develop another product which is biscuit! another bakery product!! a healthy and nutritious biscuit for the elderly. the biscuit have to be nutritious and damn soft bcos old people = no teeth! this is where all the nutrition and food science knowledge and im dreading this bcos ive deleted all my nutrition info in my head already!

patience..patience..ok lets move on to a more interesting project..

food service management which we have to learn how to manage a restaurant or any fnb outlets lah. (duh lah fir everyone know what food service management is) it's so business-sy and there's no way i could memorise all the stuff as it's too english & chim for me.

LOLS.

so my project is on thai food. hoho! so we cooking thai whole course meal and selling it at a cafe in our school. the lecturer was funny in a stupid way.

he was like " do not compare yourself with the students training to be chefs (baking & culinary students). their standard are different." something like that lah.

then after that he was like ' the baking & culinary students took subjects like asian and western cooking. they have over 30 students in their class and you only have 16...." and blabla 24/7 talk about bcs students. wtf! it's him that's comparing us and the bcs students! so ironic.

ccn day is coming! the school had gone mad bcos it's compulsory for year 3 fsn students to participate in the ccn day when it's not for other schools. but nvm nvm hopefully this is the last ccn day we'll participate. hoho. do support us ok! goodbye.

antm 15

hello people! today im just gonna update about antm cycle 15 and how much i enjoyed watching it! even my bf and sister enjoyed watching it. so u must watch it! yeah, despite on the previous post i did said that the models were more amateur than the previous cycle but the coolest part of this cycle, it concentrates on high fashion which means - top designer, make up artist, stylist and photographers! the challengers are hilarious and scary ok! i laugh until i shit ok. it can totally make my day just by watching it million of times.

one of the challenge is the models had to walk on a 4th storey high runway with only one pathetic string attached to them. (episode 2) it was dammmnnnn scary but lucky lah they didnt fall. reminds me of cycle 14 which the models had to walk a runway with 2 huge pendulum between them. my god.

then the other challenge is the girls had to take a ride on a rollercoaster (episode 4). then, there's always this part which the camera will capture your stupid ugly face right. so, the challenge is that these girls had to pose! how do you freakin pose when you're on a freakin wild ride!! these girls tried so hard to pose what is directed to them. like this girl had to pose 'fierce' then she looks like chameleon. like witch also got. then bf more classic, like halloween night safari!

its super funny ok. then the other challenge is that the girls had to walk on conveyor belt! (episode 5) freakin hilarious. how you freaking walk on the moving conveyor belt with your 4inch heels and super long dress! it's ridiculous. tyra is like out of her mind ok giving such challenges. they were like tripping and falling which is so unglam u noe. wear dress nice2 skali fall. the audiences were like laughing like they were in some comedy show ok!

& remember the controversial issue about tyra commenting on the girl with the smallest waist and said it's like 'cool'. i didn't remember exactly what she said lah but i noe it's something positive and she apologised. i didn't expect this girl with the smallest waist in the world could turn from this............

hello lovely people. i dunnoe wassup with my blog template. like funny right? my previous entry was damn long that my blog decide to cut it off halfway. WTH. now im going to post short and sweet entry.

so me and bf decide to live a healthy lifestyle (macam paham). i know, so random right. went swimming with bf that day in the afternoon. -.- WTH right swim in the afternoon. somemore we didn't had any sunscreen with us. dangerous k. i saw some kental kental boys also put sunscreen. so we just swam and we ended up getting so damn dark. like dark brown. bf one more classic k.

can see the colour diff?? not sexy k! (did you notice he's hairless too?)

i dunnoe what got in our mind swimming in the afternoon. the pool was like empty somemore. siao people (like us) swim under the hot scorching sun. even the lifeguards are under the shade! then after swimming, we went kfc. -.- ya, wth right. like no diff. might as well, no need go swimming. it's like burning and adding fat at the same time. hais.

First time experience shopping at boutique

call me kental ok but it's really my first time shopping at such boutique. it's not even me who's buying the stuff. it was my crazy bf. ya, bf had been wanting the coin pouch for ages. on his 20th birthday, his mum gave him burberry coin pouch which was damn nice but bf wasnt satisfied bcos he wanted the one with keychain so he could hang. im like, you dunwan you give me! (10cent face) usually his mum will buy for him all these stuff (so lucky right??) so he decide to go independent and buy himself. obviously im so excited to accompany him.

well, the reason i dunlike to go to such boutique is that they'll scrutinize us and see if we could afford to buy such things. they don't really give much attention to us. usually the attention goes to all those rich motherfucker businessman. bastard. if can, before going in, they'll have sensor to see if we got either credit card or enough money to buy such things. if no, can say byebye.

so we went to ion. the service wasn't that great. there's this young guy who serve us. unfortunately, the pouch which bf wanted was oos. so he just ask us to check dfs. fine fine. then, dfs was a great place to shop bcos there's noone and the security is not that tight which u need 3 or 4 securities in just 1 boutique. did u notice that?? then, there's this woman in her 40s approached us and asked what we're looking for. wah her service 4 thumbs up ah! she joked with us and all. wah she dunhave this hostile attitude like what some sales assistant do have when they work at a high end boutique. they're just sales assistant u noe, not even a manager or the designer!

ya, my insane bf spend 240bucks on just small pouch.

1 small pouch = 240bucks = 240 bubble tea = 80 nasi lemak = 24 different shirts

but it's just sad that people can regard it as fake. i feel the pain for those who spent thousands of dollars on a designer bag where it's only 30 dolars at pasar malam. you know the famous chanel bag. it costed 4999bucks!!! kaching kaching.

the color reminds me of bf tanned legs. oh ya the small pouch which equals to 240 bubble tea. ok i feel like drinking koi bubble tea! the receipt was cool ok. like love letter. sorry lah, this blogger is abit jakon but it was a nice experience getting to shop at such boutique (even though it's not my stuff). haha your eyes will be like 0.O after seeing all those gorgeous bags, pouches. i wish i own one of those! hint hint! now he's damn elated but sad his money is depleting so soon!

TEETH GAP

okay currently im watching antm cycle 15. you know i read magazines and they are emphasizing that people who got teeth gap should embrace them. i find this kind of funny. i watched antm cycle 6 which in this cycle, danielle evans won. she was one of them who got teeth gap. i remembered tyra sending her to the dentist to close the gap bcos it's not that pretty especially when you do a face shoot.

the irony is in cycle 15, tyra send this girl to the dentist to widen the teeth gap.

so yeah it's the in thing to embrace the teeth gap. people at youtube were commenting it's very ironic but what if the in thing is over? tyra send her to dentist and close the gap?? haha this cycle was bad this time despite they changed to prize from some lame contract with seventeen magazine to italian vogue. the funny thing is that once they changed the contract, the models were not that good. when the contract was lame (seventeen magazine), the models were powerful. funny right?? besides, why would a top model be in teen magazine. shouldn't it be in some high fashion magazine for all this while?? funny lah antm but i love watching it.

20th birthday

okay i know it's not my birthday! my birthday long long time ago but only now i got the chance to update. actually im really not that busy. i spent 10% of my time on my project, 10% on tuition, 30% of my time with bf and 50% on SIMS 3!! okay will elaborate on this random sims 3.

so, the girls celebrated me & ta's birthday. i was clueless about it. i didn't know they were celebrating my birthday too not until i saw mardy's constipated face. me,mardy and hana went for hiding to surprise ta but i realised hana and mardy were more anxious than me. im like wth happened. den when i approached them, mardy gave me that constipated look (she was holding my gift lah). wth we laughed until terberak k. they let the cat out of the bag already! so from there i know lah they celebrating my advanced birthday.

although the plan didn't go on smoothly such as ta already found out we're celebrating her bday (she saw us carrying cake!). haha major spoiler but we did have a blast. we went crazy at the rooftop @ orchard central.

on my actual day of my birthday, bf will be working. i begged him to take a leave but he used all his leave already :( so, i said i wanted to be with him the day before but he said he's too tired as he got work the next day. so that left me sooooo freaking depressed that i lied on my bed the whole night...feeling so damn dejected. BUT THEN! he called me and asked me to go out. wah immediately i go out k with a big smile on my face. i saw him at my stairs, sweating while holding a cake with lighted candles. haha ok then he sang birthday for me (never in my life i hear him sing but that'll be a lifetime happiness if he gets to sing me 1 full song! gosh fir of all things -.-) then he got took out this cd. i thought he bought me an album (when you can download from the net) but no. he bought sims 3 which ive been wanting it for....a very long time! he gave me reasons like he don't want me to watch drama and end up being so emo. dramas are great!

it reflects your daily lives and sometimes you also feel their pain. currently im watching tayong dalawa (the two of us). filipino dramas are more intense especially pangako sayo. i think that's the best soap opera ive ever watched especially when loveteam kristine & jericho are in it! ok ok stop it with the obsession. BUT eversince sims 3 came to my life, i was obsessed to it. instead of being so emo, i became ambitious in ridiculous way such as i want my house by the beach, have 1 million in my bank, become a partner with cinema, bistro, spa,bookstore and more. wah kaching. i even name the sims after my name and bf's name. that is wayyy too ambitious.

we're always together.

we go fishing together.

we talk in bed together.

he proposed to me.

we got engaged at the beach.

we got married at our own beach house.

and now, ive 3 kids, whose 2 of them are twins until i headache hear them cry 24/7 but besides that, life is so perfect. how couldnt our lives be like sims. haha which will happen in millions yrs ok fir. so this is the reason it had took up most of my time. it had to stop before school starts!

so back to bf. so, he bought for me oreo cheesecake from bakerzin which cost $$$ for a cake.

the cheese was heavy and rich but it's damn nice. the cheese has this super nice mouthfeel which you can't resist. worth it for the price you pay for lah. i make oreo cheesecake also the cheese will not be as smooth as this one. then, bf stayed with me until the stroke of midnight despite him being soo damn tired and fatigued. thank you bf! he made me sad, surprised, elated and all kinds of emotions in just one night.

so the next day, on my birthday, had meeting with my MP supervisor. she started to scare us like why we meet her very late bcos the proposal duedate is in a week time. there was a lot of research to do. our project focus on artificial sweetener right. so we had to do damn a lot of research on these sweeteners. then, she don't let us go back after the meeting. she wants us to stay and do research. i got so tensed and stressed out. (i get stressed out easily lah) i was going to have lunch with my mum and sis later. my face damn cramp already.

THEN, my girls suddenly surprised me..again! with a tub of haagen-dazs ice cream outside library. i was very very very blur. i didn't know whats going on. i thought they celebrated my birthday already. then ta explained since my bf working today and they know i was pretty upset, then they decide to...well surprise me again! very sweet right?! we ate haagen dazs macadamia brittle ice cream despite having a lot of thoughts in my head. it was heavenly nice!! i love the brittle part. it's like hardened caramel. when you chew it, it feels like you're one of the california girls (recalling katy perry's video). ya, your boob suddenly can produce whipped cream. how cool shit is that.

okay thankfully, my group members are very understanding. so, we decide to do the research the next day. woohoo. then met my mum & sis and ate at pizza hut.

i really wanted to try the spicy seafood pasta that was wrapped in parchment paper bcos i saw the ad like everywhere. i get it paper is the whatever ingredient ok. it was very nice. ok it's spicy bcos they put cili padi -.- then, my sister ate the baked curry rice -.- i tell you..your mum's curry nicer. you know when she go swensen, she order food like baked rice. some stuff can be easily cooked at home you know. she ordered so the un-signature foods. weird lah she but nvm as long as she's happy lah eh.

until my frinch like that after eating the pasta.

i tell you the service at pizza hut tampines mall is 4 thumbs up! they smiled at you 24/7. you eat, you drink, you burp, you dig your ear, you korek pantat also smile at you. whoever birthday on that day, they will sing for you. to me, i feel so paiseh. lucky they don't know it was my birthday that day. the people very very nice.

so my birthday was a blast. so here's what i got from my lovely people. i know it's not that alot but it's great to get such things..even at this age. im whatevering to those people who's 18 but want to enjoy like mad before they turn 20 bcos they are not teenager anymore. wtf. 20 is just an age. you can enjoy like mad until your face like grandma also people don't care you know. i even know this manager who had a daughter almost the same age with me but she's a party woman! bf's mum is just glamorous and beautiful. see, these people has high self-esteem bcos age doesn't matter! you can still live your life in a teenage dream. thats why they had such song!

so to get away from the stress, me & bf went picnic. we've been together for years. so, we're tired doing stuff like what other couples usually do like cycling, go on a romantic date. sadly, it just don't work on us anymore. so, it's been mths since we had a relaxing hangout. so i planned the picnic. it's was like a remedy and reminiscing the good old days. we realised it was kinda fun and we were inspired to have our own 'bbq grill'. we saw this family. they were smart to buy a disposable bbq grill. it lasted for 2 hours i think. great right?? but confirm kaching.

& finally pictures with didi. you know he's been so selfish towards the camera. it was not easy to persuade him to take pictures with me. he said he will not take any picture unless im using the dslr camera. wth! so bias. in the end, he took pictures with me w/o dslr. wad only.

hello major project

okay major project officially starts next week....which is SAD! im enjoying my holidays like mad woman! party all night long! okay actually no. i just spent my early morning watching tv. gosh fir. when was the last time i had to do school work. hmm..on the 6th august! how many ages was that?? actually school officially starts on the 18th october BUT major project like extra need a lot of time. lucky mine don't have project show..which is abit pressuring.

so, guess what i got?? i was expecting some ice cream production but no!

our project title is sugar free/low sugar cakes - project will involve product development process of a basic range of cakes using artificial sweeteners and/or fat replacers.

walau this is soo food ingredients where there's lots of artificial sweeteners (which are not so nice). the only cakes i could think of are chiffon cake, angel cake..all those healthy cakes. haha confirm we'll be baking cakes only until i can have my cooking show - baking with mami firi.

ok ok stop with the mami. i see the rest of my groupmates got very chim titles like retrogradation in chilled kueh lapis, direct saponification for food cholesterol (wth??). when i look at the nutrition side, lagi more chim. haha i could hardly understand.

HELLO! good afternoon to all my lovely readers. okay now im going to update all the raya pics. i know lah my fb got already. ill just upload here, easier to see right. just scroll down. sometimes i find browsing pictures facebook's so annoying. have to click one by one like never ending. it sucks more if the connection's damn slow. talking of connection, i wondered why my wireless connection is very fast during the day while it's damn slow at night. very spooky ok. like got high tech ghost! who knows it existed somewhere...

okay anw, i went out only on first day and third day of raya. on the second day of raya, i went out with didi. okay not hang out! we let go of our tortoise. okay did i mentioned i had another pet besides barney? i had a tortoise too. i had it since i was in sec 1. so imagine...6 years of keeping the tortoise. poor him, he had no freedom since he was small. he had yet to see the beautiful world! other beautiful tortoise....which he can mate..and have a family together. swimming in a lake, under the waterfall. he needs that rather than being stuck in an empty tank. so, he lived in an enclosed space for years until his shell was...well, a bit curvy. i dunnoe why his shell was curvy. initially, i tot he was malnourished (though we fed him like 3 times a day)..but i think it's just the small space that he lived in for years.

okay so dad cried on the day i announced that im letting the tortoise go. he cried..while my mom was tickled by it. gosh mum, she laughs at everything ok. i told her about the bangla flasher also laugh. my father went on like...'hey i took care of the tortoise every day..i played with him..i fed him..sobs sobs..' it's sad lah but it's more sad to let him trapped inside the tank forever. looking at the bright side, he still got barney. from that day onwards, he never separated from barney. he keeps hugging barney until barney suffocate. kesian dier.

barney got attention from everybody. i always disturb him lah which is no wonder he hates me. he always wanted me to open the door by meow-ing at me and make that cute face and ill just meow2 back at him - like got communication but no. then,he just kept quiet like malas nk layan. my nenek joked when we all going to give up barney. erm never? confirm my dad emo k. he'll locked himself in the room and talk to some..cat toy. barney's like his best friend already. now the raya pics!

on the second day of raya, went to my cousin's pakcik house (not even my pakcik). i don't know if you heard of the pinnacle@duxon which is located near chinatown. it consist of 7 blocks of 50 storey connected towers which sky garden on level 26 and 50. no it's not a condo. it's under hdb. it represents the world's tallest public housing buildings. in case you're wondering where prime minister Lee Hsien Loong delivered his annual national day speech (i was wondering where he was. the background so unfamiliar.) ya he's at pinnacle@duxton! (done my research at wikipedia hehe. you think im so smart know all these stuff??) and.....my cousin's uncle happens to live here. i was soooooooooo jakon bcos i think this could be my dream house.

hahahaha to fir. it's sooo beautiful and unique. sorry lah ive no uncles or cousins living in bungalow or condo. thats why im so jakon. so, this building also jadi lah..but it took ages to take the lift. -.- he lived at 45th storey.
