HELLO I AM BACKKK!! okay okay before i start, i just want to wish all my chinese friends a happy prosperous chinese new year!! just put aside all ur notes and enjoy your holidays okay!! and to all of you all a happy valentines' day! happy love day! happy kekasih day! awww.

sadly, im going to be alone on this valentines' day. sobs. okay the reason why my blog is on hibernation is...i was super damn busy. oklah i got some free time lah. free time also im always with bf, doing my hw and all. you know blogging can take up to hours and sometimes ill feel so guilty spending my 2 solid hours doing my blog when i can revise and all. (sialahh firi studious sia) but now, im glad but not too glad that school is out. yes, friday was the last day of school. we ended the semester with the dramatic international buffet. lovely.

okay, what ive been up to. school school, after school, bf. when bf works, school work. see it's all school until im sick and tired of it. health and wellness is over. im left with 3 more papers and yeah we're done man. can enjoy hols like mad. ok no, next im going to focus on bf's exam. and and hopefully i got into the teaching attachment. oklah, no enjoying much of the hols. sobs!

okay im going to update what i did for this one whole month. lets skip all the boring quiz, test, interviews and all.


okay during fppkg lab, we made this ice cream. it was ages ago. okay it's yellow and you'll think it's mango flavour right??? but no. it's not at all. it's strawberry flavour. eh super cool right?

firi is the weirdest girl ive ever seen. she even make the weirdest epic-est ice cream on earth.

we added yellow colouring and strawberry flavouring. the ice cream was niceer than our school's koolwerks okay. thats the lamest ice cream ever. however, this ice cream is super fattening. used alot of cream and sugar. okay wth right. its about time you all reduce ur ice cream intake. the most important food item you must avoid is mayonnaise and tatar sauce. i got the shock of my life making that mayonnaise. nightmare you noe. the amount oil used is still haunting me. eeee.

okay i love every friday's evenings. there's catering technology lesson where we experienced a chef's life. from there, ive learned a lesson. a girl like me could never be a chef especially when you have to cook for a big quantity. like hell kitchen i tell you. we've to stand for more than 3 hrs running around the kitchen and we ended up walking home like half dead zombie. i think more worst than half dead. it's dead already but only our feet is walking us home.

JAPANESE CUISINE
okay if you go to my friend's blog, ht. im doing the same thing she did on her blog. ok you win ht, i copied you okay. anw, japanese cuisine was okaylah. not such a big fan of japanese food. eh wth fir, how could you not love japanese food??

i only like the cream puff. on this day, our group make the cream puff. 80% of the work was done by our chef. it's not easy making uniform sizes of the puff and pumping in the cream. the teriyaki sauce tasted bleargh. it's like honey and soy sauce. it taste so weird. i feel like throwing the chicken into sambal and fry it all over again.


the vegetable tempura was okaay. the appetiser was chawan mushi which means steamed egg custard. it was....no comment. not nice at all. got tofu, fishcake and mushroom. very bland. japanese was not my fave.

FRENCH CUISINE
the week after, cooked french cuisine. i tell you it was the bestest cuisine ever.

on this day, we made the soup. it's minestrone soup. got kidney beans, tomatoes, celery, cabbage, carrot and more. i don't know why we took blardy long to prepare this. it was the chopping of the vegetables to uniform sizes i think. it tasted sooo good. so much better than this picture could tell. like crook2 right this picture.


the aglio olio spaghetti and fish picatta with napoli sauce was superb i tell you. the spaghetti was spicy. got chili padi and they fried the spaghetti somemore. the fish was coated with parmesan cheese, milk and egg. bf loves this. like a lot until he went on like 'why issit so little???' hulk angry already.

this was my fave!! it's light cheesecake. so i never tasted a light one before. i thought it's so crook2 but no! it's super nicee i tell you. got this light feeling and fluffy. i was so mad like the hulk also bcos it's so small. damn.

CHINESE CUISINE

okay..this cuisine we made chicken rice with egg custard. for appetiser, we had sichuan soup.

it wasn't that nice. i think it's nicer if they used chicken powder. for this lab, we went for healthier choice. we made chicken rice from the original chicken. (of course lah we make from original chicken. gosh fir) they boil water with chicken bones to get a chicken stock. so, there was no flavouring to this soup. it tasted quite bland.

cute right the balls. i swear my hands got swollen after moulding the hot piping rice. i don't really like steamed chicken. i like roasted one. since this lab they steamed the chicken. i don't know lah. that week's lab was super healthy. oh yar, chinese food are supposed to be healthy. the egg custard was okay. like normal egg custard.

INTERNATIONAL BUFFET

this was the most nerve wracking lab. it was graded. this was our final project for this subject (since there's soo many assignment for this project.geesh). so, we finalized our recipe. we decided to make the mexican's entree, chicken enchiladas and dessert, plantanos machos. plantanos machos is semi-ripe bananas baked with brown sugar and orange juice and served with vanilla ice cream as the topping. alah, i don't have the pictures for our dessert bcos it looked soo not appealing. haha.


okay you can see ky's hand sprinkling the cheese. hohoho. however, we finished the first. but ironoically, we're the last to serve them. ?

THE BUFFET

im not sure what's their international dish but this is super nice. i was amazed this was actually a brinjal coated with breadcrumbs. the brinjal is damn big. i mean where they find the large brinjal man? it was super nice. ate it with mayonnaise. fuh syok.

our mexican chicken enchiladas!! it looks like it's from a book ah? i love how this photographer (hui wen) took the pictures.

this is from thailand's group. it's fruit salad. got prawns, grapes, apples, guava served with this tangy spicy sauce. super nice. i was sad when leslie wanted to throw the leftover. it was still alot okay! sayang right??! people should learn how to treasure food.


this is from the american's group. it's turkey bacon and salsa wrapped with tortilla. their soup which wasn't posted here was super nice but i got so depressed when someone just happily took my soup away. yes, she took it right in front of me like sardine...which left me depressed. dear ky and hana fed me with their soup. anw, it's tortilla soup. their cuisine was similar to mexican's one.

watching our chef and teacher mark our food accordingly was damn scary. i feel like im in some chef shows and there's judges who mark our food. scaryy. but so far, the feedback from the teachers was the chicken enchiladas was nice! awwww huggs all my group mates**

it was a good experience i tell you. it was sad that friday is the end of the cat tech session. sobs. although the quiz, assignment and test can be damn tough, ill never regret taking this subject. hoho.

okay lets talk no more about food and more about myself k.

HEALTH & WELLNESS IMPLEMENTATION

all i know is that it was damn tiring day. sadly, we had our quiz right after this program. wth right. but it was fun fun fun.





PRESENTATION
had the manager of hpb(ive no idea she was the manager at first) to come down and evaluate our presentation. lucky she never bomb us some damn brain cracking questions like she did to other group.

not forgetting. for this one whole month, ate outside a looot with didi. spent up to 90bucks on food for straight 5 days. ate at mac almost every night after didi's school. siao. i tell you my body super skinny but my blood cholesterol damn high ah. my body stays the same but bf is growing fat. others also noticed that :p but i like.





omg i look soo kental nk mampos. that was the time when freshbox tee was sooo popular. he was chubby last time. and and my face..alamak. haha.
