omg. i cant believe i wrote that on the board. of all things! i know mr loh was kinda upset with our answers bcos we gave rubbish like sleepy,boss,sotong, blur but funny(hana). haha. eh at least better than random ryte??!! it's a 8am class! how do you expect people to think???

okay so on sunday that is yesterday. woke up damn early and went for cemetery visiting. wah we went to alot of graves which is like located from one end to the end. we visited the oldest thats right behind cda where bf trains. now i understand why sleeping near the window is a suicidal thing. it was from 1974 i think. it was my paternal grandparents' grave. after 19 yrs of life, i know their real names and the reason they left the world so early. pathetic right? okay shuttup to all of you who knows my paternal grandfather's name!

den, visited my dad's mom, mum's grandma, my lovely lovely maternal grandfather :( and lastly, best friend's mum who just kembali ke rahmatullah last mth. the morning was so blue but i cudnt help thinking that my father looks like a gardener. he cuts the grass using a HOUSEHOLD SCISSORS OKAY PPL. ya the one which cut vegetables, cili padi :O

den mum wants to wash it and reuse. is there anything wrong reusing it or am i too fussy?

hello!! firi's back! im currently addicted to video phone. i don't know why but i love lady gaga in the video and her yellow heels! lady gaga is always weird but in this video, she's have this model-ly face like the one you can find in antm. people in youtube were commenting beyonce's way too slutty and such. i know she's hot lah but she's best dancing with her backup dancers showing off her long legs and dance moves, not shaking her boobs and grinding on the gun like soft porn. FAIL!

okay anyway, selamat hari raya aidiladha! how's ur weekend people? weekend is not up yet so can enjoy! but unfortunately for all the students who have to mug for the upcoming term test. afsn struggled this time bcos we had 5 papers in one week. i couldnt even start studying for term test. we had like reports and projects to be completes and quizzes to study. advanced food science is such a killer subject and it killed my brain and so does the other people brain. it's like maths here and there. i hate applications! i dont mind doing a maths ques but applying maths to a scenario is like 100x more hard than doing a handstand. dr mabel made us realised that we are in APPLIED food science and nutrition. so basically it's all about applying our knowledge to a scenario.

damn.

besides that, only me and leslie chose nutrition as our first choice for our attachment when we have 0.00001% hope of getting it. my 2nd choice was food development followed by lab service, sales and marketing and lastly food service. i heard for food service we are send to BK, mac and all. im like no unless you send me to airport there lah make airlines food. syok ryte??!

oklah enough of school and lets move on to...FOOD!

okay, as you all know there's new avatar grilled chicken. in the commercial, it looks pretty big right? DONT BE DECEIVED! it's like what you see for mega mac unless it states MEGA avatar grilled chicken. it's small okay?!


just look at the size of my thumb and the burger! so, in case if you're hungry, buy two okay people.



but the shaker fries was HEAVEN. i was sooooo happy they had shaker fries again. shake shake shake shake it. okay lame. the burger tasted okay. it tasted like BK's tendergrill. BK's burgers are the ones you should die for. last night, i was craving the XXL mushroom burger so badly i saw bf's head turned into a burger. okay okay more lame.

okay! last tuesday during fppkg lab, we made breads! woohooo. feel like a baker for a while but no. most of our work were done by tso. haaahaaa. it was a long 3hrs solid lab. the fermentation time was blardy 45mins and baking time 20mins. we stood arnd like idiots but once the oven's timing is up....*angelic sound* i could see the halo on top of the bread. bread are best eaten when it's freshly baked. leslie's grp made cinnamon rolls. it was heaven i tell you.

will upload the bread's pictures soon but for now, had one pic of the bread.

you can tell by the holes, the bread had high volume. when you chew it, it's soft and airy. imagine you are chewing a hot, soft and airy bread. gosh you feel like keeping it under ur armpits so that it wont cool dwn. erm...sounds gross ryte? hahahahaa.

den we baked raisins buns. upon cooling, it gets sooo hard. it looks like paparoti but damn lah, no pictures to show you guys. we spent half of the hour gobbling on the high carbo food like we can gain 5kg on that spot. true true. ive seen some tummy bulging out already. haha gross fir.

as for yesterday, mum cooked nasi minyak with black peper prawn and ayam merah! (chicken :D cooked with sambal) the black pepper prawn was killer.

it's so big and fat. the meat was juicy. slurpp slurpp. i love the hari rayas.

okay, moving on lets talk about some idiotic guys who have no brains. on thurs nite, fetched bf from school. while walking on the bridge alone, some idiotic ite's guys walked opposite me in a line like they are inseparable. so, ive to squeezed in at the end lah to walk through ryte. den, this stupid friend who is the middle pushed his friend at the side such that the guy will fall on me. he was this close to touching me. i tell you if the idiot go and hug me, ill kick everyone's balls until they couldnt ejaculate. i tell you i was so damn mad. i got so grumpy until bf came. eh siallahhhh. angry okay! fucking moron no brain. no respect for girls.

i dunnoe wassup with guys nowadaes. days by days, i heard digusting stories bout them and i got really sick. you noe it's really hard to find nice guys nowadaes. if you have a nice bf, pls lah favour stick to your bf ah. dun perangai2 want go to other guys. guys out there are menacing and evil like vampires in twilight. no sia. evil than that okay! (not referring to all guys) they'll sweet talk you, make you drunk, gangbang and throw u away. this is what's happening nowadaes. like in bohsia, the sick movie. terrible u noe. seriously, i think it's not only the guys' fault. girls also sia. sometimes girls can be a kuku in the head. changing sexual partners like changing clothes is fucking sick okay. start falling for the right guy man. even that innocent face doesnt really mean he's innocent. it's just a mask.

i got a bad headache after studying fppkg. my brain cracked after seeing the balancing equations. in my entire life, ive never seen 7 equations in just one question. what? food engineering? hell no. i need my remedy.

i could not get any inspiration to study so i ended up watching twilight. no, not the new moon lah. the FIRST one. gosh. slow poke worse than a snail. now, im dying to watch the second one. HAHA. now i wish fandi could fly to my window every night even with his uniform. i dun mind. hais now i feel like a vampire. i just want to smell him. gosh fir.

YOHAA. hello everybody!! im back!! ive got lots of stuff to share with you all. so lets begin with the weekend lah. you know i had food poisoning. ive diarrhea. i keep going back and forth to the toilet. i really hate the feeling u noe. i feel like ive lost 10kg after going to the toilet for like 5 times already. it sucks u noe. so i promised myself when im healthy once again, i will eat like mad dog. so on sunday, my father make me this super thick and salty tea to cure my diarrhea. it was disgusting.

it was worse than drinking salt water itself! imagine salt water + thick tea. no taste at all and bleargh! but i forced myself to finish the whole cup and guess wad?? i got okay after that. it was like an energy drink u noe. thick salty tea = red bull for diarrhea. okay okay wtv.

den, bf invited me to his house bcos his mum cooked. :O :O

so, i didnt hesitate to come bcos i always do. haha. his mum cooked lamb chop. it was like a 5 star hotel lamb chop. haha i noe i exaggerated bcos ive not even tried a hotel's / high class restaurant lamb chop. errr lame. haha but it was good. the sweet sauce and the tenderness of the meat just kills me. my gosh.




i was halfway eating so yeah dats why messy it was heavenly good. she specialized in western cooking. her western food are like 5/5. she once made a baked potato with cheese and minced mutton inside. god, it was heavenly. i had like 4 of them. it taste so good. that explain why my bf is getting more boncit. his abdominal fat is like increasing day by day. it used to be 6 and now 1. hahaha.

after that, went to fareast and i was craving for the fried mars so badly. finally i got it! 4 balls of heavenly battered fried mars with vanilla ice cream topped with hershey chocolate syrup. gagaga. although bf dont take choc but he forced himself and slowly he enjoys every bit of it :D den we headed to taka for more food! hehehe.

in case ur wondering. it's prata black pepper sausage. the sausage is like killer. it's huge and juicy. the prata's crispy and not oily!



had takeaway lasagne. reminds me of flavours' lasagne but this is not that soggy. it was piping hot, the cheese was stringy and the sauce was heavenly. i tell you it wasnt enough to fill our look-small-but-spacious stomach.

and desserts! we had salmon sushi. there were like more than dozen in a packet. it was goooodd. really good.


see that pringles. i find it rare bcos it was a mexican one. since i was doing on project on mexican food, (mexican fever) so i wanted to give it a try lah. haha but actually it taste normal lah. haha i cant detect the diff. all potato chips are just the same. thin and crunchy. or maybe i was too full. and btw, i cut my hair. no more irritating long hair. haha.

i dunnoe how people can survive with super thick curly long hair. firstly, it's curly. it get tangled so easily. secondly, its long. ur hair keep dropping. it may look nice IF you take care of ur hair but for me i got tired of it. you got alot of money. its oklah. no prob going salon everyday. my hair keeps dropping and the ends is so damaged. so, chop chop. chopped off all my dead ends and i feel super free and light. awwww!

den few days back after school, went to simpang bedok.




we had cheese fries and roti john cheese. it was a cheese night. simpang bedok is like happening. there's like 4 plasma tv. in every tv, there's diff movies. pirated one somemore! one was showing gi joe and more. so, thats all for food during the weekend! in the end, there's no gain weight.

on sat, watched 2012. i tell you it was a suuppeeeerr long movie. i didnt get it for the first part and it starts to get interesting at the later part. the effects were interesting and scary. i was imagining the world really become like this. all the lands were drowned. see, singapore don't build a lot of buildings okay? i got scared when i see they city. it's congested with malls. there's 3 new malls gonna be up soon. scary okay! all the malls have the same old boring shops. nuttin new, nuttin amazing. all the same. i feel like there's gonna be a hole in the middle of singapore.

just now, leslie was being a gentleman and gave us 3 free ice creams. hohoho. colourful rightt. seriously, i got sick of it oredi after selling hundreds of it.

and it's 11pm. bf still haven call me. :( tmr got catering tech! YES CHEFF!

you know i love eating rice with belacan, nasi goreng belacan. anything got belacan, i love it like a lot. i love spicy food. i love to eat until one fine day food decide to poison me. as you know, my immune level is damn low so i get sick easily. i remembered on wed i ate seafood fried rice, corned beef with bread and lastly, nasi goreng belacan.

i went back home, i slept. i woke up and feel that my body was burning hot. took temperature at 4am somemore! jakon ah got new thermometer. it was 37.5 its beyond the normal body temperature and somemore the weather is cold. it's so weird. i didnt have any sore throat or flu or anything. like sudden fever. i woke up at 7 30am fer my project meeting. while i was brushing my teeth, i was out of breath. my heart was palpitating damn fast that i got out of the toilet on time bcos i saw dots and fall flat on the ground, trying hard to breath. gosh drama right fir.

den, i cudnt turn up fer the meeting. so i took a rest and woke up in the afternoon to meet bf. i gathered all my strength just to meet bf okaayy. lucky fer him, i lost my appetite. i cudnt eat anything. i just feel like throwing up. it was weird for him bcos i usually complain 24/7 that im hungry. muaha. so his money was...safe and sound.

den, he walked the entire ion orchard. i swear my legs were like crying and begging fer help. just as we left forum, i made a super horrible face that nobody can make and yelled i really want to sit like as if im 10mths pregnant but no. den, he wipe the wet seat and tadaa i sit. den, he sat there, reading his magazine while waiting fer me like a good boy.

awww. we walked from far east plaza, paragon, cathay cineleisure, heeren. took bus to raffles city den bugis to alter his pants and lastly bedok. my god. only god knows how we feel.

by 7pm...

" fir, are you hungry? "
" no. i feel full. i got no appetite to eat. "
" oh...okay.."
" why? you hungry? "
" YALAH HUNGRY AH. LIKE ZOMBIE OREDI. CANNOT THINK WHAT TO BUY. STRESS OREDI NO FOOD. "

i seriously tot he also lost his appetite skali no. haha gosh. den we go long john. like billion years i didnt eat there. missed the cheese. i ate something healthy and appetising..like crispy shrimp and potato salad? haha but it was nice ah. the veges damn fresh. as usual, we faced the wall and ate like pigs. bf who was sooooooo talkative earlier, was so quiet when we started to eat. i turned to find him eating like the world gonna end. he was really, really hungry. haha.

i know it's abit messy but it's damn nice. i planned to bring him go vintage delicafe as i heard the food there were good but i fall sick on the wrong day. hmpfff.

so, i ate damn little from yesterday. gosh im terrified of growing more and more skinny as im skinny. ill be more skinny. damn damn skinny girl. and now im having a headache. i want my appetite back! i want to eat ALOT OF NICE FOOD! and yey for sis, she got a job at 15! gosh. need to sleep. byebye!

and yes, im currently stuck to the song, send it on by jonas brothers,miley cyrus, demi lovato and selena gomez. i noe it's kental but its damn nice!

hola hola. lets just update what i was up to during the weekend. on saturday, i didnt plan to go out. i just wanted to stay hm as bf was not arnd. its been so long since im home for the whole day bcos everyday i reached hm real late like as if i got 2 to 3 jobs but no. just fulfilling my job as a student and a gf yet..so busy. muahaha.

so, sister forced me to go out wif her and we went ion. me and dd's fave mall. the heaven place. so my parents pronounced it as E-on instead of I-on. no matter how hard i teached them, they still pronounce it the same especially my dad who yelled ' where's E-on ahh??!" in the middle of the city. sounded like star wars u noe.

reminds me of the time when he wanted to order mocha. it's pronounce as mo-ka right? he confidently said mo-cha. you know, got-CHA? ya, mo-CHA. i burst out laughing and he blushed terribly.

i missed my sec sch friends calling me by asnan instead of fir. gosh haha. however, i could hear 10 times better than u call me fir/firi.

okay den we went home and fantasize the christmas lights. one time i was like woahh and another time, i went like holy crap, they wasted a lot of electricity! so contradicting! 98.7fm is promoting saving gaia and all and there, at orchard like sardine everywhere got lights. look left, right, up, down, middle got lights. i think by end of this year, every singaporeans need to get glasses. got eye problem oredi.

so, the next day. went to city square at serangoon there. my gosh, i dunnoe why. it's not even deepavali and it's over but it feels like its deepavali. the place was full of indians. everywhere black hair and moustache. 97% of them are males. its like gayvali. some holding hands. some kissing. no, kidding. but they really hold hands but i think we are used to it oredi.

so, when we reached city square, there were zero of them. wth? it feels like im in chinatown.

so, the shops are veri boring. all local shops. here comes the interesting part. went to bk. bk was cool. got balcony somemore! but its very cramp and the scenery is not that err..interesting. in front of it are just shops selling pratas and murtabak. ate the latest XXL MUSHROOM SWISS. IT WAS THE HEAVEN BURGER WE EVER TASTED. so far, its the best bk burger but got beef lah. (sorry, ta but i think got chicken.) but its damn nice. we finished up the burger in like a min. the burger is huge. not like mac which is like 2 storey high. so, this burger is much more convenient for some girls who don't want to look ugly eating a burger.

i realised a week past so fast like barney chasing after a lizard's tail.

dd took a heavenly leave last wed so he was free for the whole one week but timetable sucks big time. i went home everyday at 6pm and he had to wait like the prince waiting for the princess to come and rescue him.

btw, had my first catering tech lab yesterday. he was a big, enormous chef who looks damn fierce. at first, he holds the door and thought me and ta wanted to go in. so i was munching my goreng pisang and we played staring game. den, when he realised we're not going in, he tsk-ed at us!

he asked if my eyelash were real or fake. he doubted me and insist that later he will pull my eyelash. wth wth. chef so egoistic. we ended damn late like 6 15pm bcos he talks so slow. we have to address him as chef and screamed yes chef! when he ask questions. i feel like im in boot camp. like hell kitchen also.

but, the kitchen was heavenly beautiful. i love the asian kitchen. so like got 20 woks and got plasma tv somemore! i cud just imagine myself cooking nasi goreng, hor fun. ceh. i wished we could cook there but nah, it's not even for us. basket ryte. imagine they spent millions on the kitchen and thousands on the machines. all of our money goes there okay people and we're not authorized to use the kitchen.

wth wth.

yesterday ate at kampung chai chee. we had the place to all ourselves. ya! it was damn empty and the workers were stoning. i figured out why it was empty. it was damn expensive! 6 nuggets cost like 6bucks. 1 nugget cost $1. doesnt make sense at all. can buy 1 packet of nuggets which has more than 6 nuggets and cost less than 6bucks. cheat money. don't they know how to make business? feel like putting all of them into the entrepreneurship course which i went through.

firstly, the place was by the streets and the cost of the food is like the same as the restaurant's one. i rather eat at fareast right. got aircon but yet the sizzling seafood hotplate noodles cost 4bucks and ice lemon tea cost 1buck and they have billions of customer.

so, dd was like 'tempat budget,makanan mahal.mengarot sak' the place so budget,food so expensive.like crap. then, i think the owner of the shop heard him and turned to glare at us. okay, here comes the good part. the food was damn nice. the chicken chop was heaven. the sauce is sweet. so far, ive nvr tried a roux sauce thats like so sweet. the e-mee was nice too. so, oklah lucky the food nice. if not, i think i burned down the shop.

irashikin, im sorry for your loss. your mum really loves you. we all can see how she really cares for you. you've been my bestest friend for the entire secondary school life and it's sad how it ends like this. ive always had dreams of you and syaz and believe me, it could never end up to this day. i felt that the memories were haunting me. when i get to talk to you, i was calmed and felt my nightmares were over. be strong and know that she's always watching over you. make her happy by doing the right things in your life. hope you,your sister and father are all strong to overcome this. sebalik ni semua, ade hikmah nye. keep holding on. will see you really soon.

anywayy, up to them lah eh. as long as they're happy ah eh. ive been wanting to update this but the week is like so packed and loaded with schoolwork, projects and research. so, im going to update last weekend's outing. so, me and bf decided to go fer sushi since we had enough of chickens and all.


so, bf ate the basic one with crab and cucumber. so, i tried feeding him the tuna and teriyaki by saying, " eh sedap! sedap! " den he opened his mouth and make a really awful face. den, i was so full that i cudnt finish it. he die2 dunwan the fish sushi bcos he find it digusting and i cudnt finish it. so, i was like do you that oily fish is good? it got the omega fatty acid and it's good fer ur brain you noe. he was like really ah?? literally trying to say he can be clever by eating it. den, he swallow the whole thing. *kening naek kening naek*

den, school school. boring boring but friday was the worst. we had 4 hours of lab just to wait fer autoclaving. i remembered i was so blur throughout the lab. i regretted fer not studying so hard fer basic microbiology last year. now im like so damn blardy blur and i cudnt even recall wad ive learnt. now im like struggling like fish on sand. i study fer the sake of studying and pass but i dun bother to remember it. wad a mistake. the biggest mistake was getting into the cluster which i dunlike at all. thats the biggest mistake ive make in my poly life so far.
