hello people!! it's so nice to be typing once again and not memorizing and writing and memorise again and write again. ive been losing a lot of hair and im terrified of being BALD like stone cold. im like free once again but only for 2 weeks. damn the holiday gonna be damn short but whatever it is term tests are over and hols are in! wooohoooooooooooooooooooooo. den one week of school den happy 2010! the year when all the 1990's babies gonna be..20. woooohooooooooooo again. okay shut up. lets update from hmmm last 2 weeks. *check calender* from the last catering tech lab.

ive been wanting to update about what we did during the lab. it was super fun although it's blardy 3 hrs but i enjoyed my arse off eating those heavenly food made by us :D we had mushroom soup as our starter, fish and chip with homemade coleslaw and tatare sauce as the entree and....creme caramel as our dessert!

i wished i was the group doing creme caramel but no we were stuck doing mayonnaise and tatare sauce. so making mayonnaise was a big shock to me. if u think mayonnaise tasted so good, good for u lah because whatever u are tasting is 90% oil okay. for 35 servings of mayonnaise, they used 2litres of vegetable oil. not 2 cups okay. 2 litres. it's like 2 bottles of ur hari raya fnn bottles but homemade mayonnaise tasted like u eat rat or something. (i dun eat rat fyi) it just tasted so bad.

but the tatare sauce was superb. it's easy making a homemade tatare sauce. save ur money lah. just buy a commercial mayonnaise den add chopped onion(i know, so weird right must put onion), pickles, boiled egg and tadaa! super nice i tell you. den chef gary teached us how to present our dishes.

den, this one is ours lah (me, ky, hana). haha tk menjadi! we were lazy to tilt over bcos we were too hungry and lazy to wash the dishes. muaha. it was super nice but eating a lot of it is so muak. the caramel was superb and damn sweet. i think ants will enjoy drinking my pee. haha okay okay but seriously it was damn sweet. the solid thing which looks like a spider web, thats the caramel and it tasted like candy floss like wad hana said and the caramel syrup tasted like gula melaka.

den, in the middle of the lab, i broke one of the serving plates. den, everyone paused with whatever they were doing and looked at me. eh funny u noe their faces like they're the ones who broke the plate and damn jake for publishing the video about me breaking the blardy pathetic thing on facebook. big joker u noe. den, kaiying sided me like im her bf den tadaaa fir is not guilty (by right, i was lah). kwang kwang.

den the following week(that is this week) was a migraine week. u noe it's been a long time since we had a lot of papers in a week and this is only like term test, not even exams. all the exams and non-exams subjects also included in term test, which left us with 5 papers to study. had 2 papers on mon and my god i came to school looking like i lost million bucks but i dunnoe how it feels bcos ive never got a million bucks before. 1k also never get before. laugh laugh ok people.

i was jealous that bf gets to play l4d2 without anything on his mind. so, on thursday night while preparing for health and wellness paper the next day, i was already on holiday mood. wooohooo. so, i started studying at 7pm and stopped few hrs after that and fetched bf, eat with him like sardine. den, i continued studying at 12am and gosh, i still had 2 thick notes to memorise in 6hrs. so, i ended up sleeping at 5am. den, i was late for the paper.

you see, im a very blur person. the system says the paper starts at 9am den i remembered the lecturer wants to start at 8 30am. so, i tot he wanted to do final revision or smnthing. den on the way to school, i was like 'what if he means that he wants to start the paper at 8 30am??' so i panic. i took the bus at 8 30am so, i reached 15mins later and all of the stressed-looking people stared at me like i got answers on my head. i was right! he wanted to start at 8 30am. so, 15mins gone! den, i was the only last soul to finish the paper. the lt was damn quiet and there's just me scribbling the answers at the very last minute while mr koh stared at me with crossed arms. this is what you get when you don't have back up. hey, im learning to be independent!..slowly.

okay enough now. after tests ended, played l4d2 until i cried. i was so engrossed until my eyes were red and near to popping out and we played for like hrs until we got a bad headache. den the next day, accompanied bf shop until he drops, as usual. if i say the word 'nice', wah he go try and buy okay. tsktsktsk. i wished he won a million bucks so that he can just buy the whole mall.

den, watched him play soccer. i feel so paiseh bcos he was the only one who brought his.....gf. people think im sooo protective over my bf, which i am lah actually. i think having a gf like me is like breathing in a vacuum packed plastic but to him, its feels like being in hawaii. hahahaha.

now im like hooked on facebook games when im halfway watching twilight. i find the movie...slow. i think it's the quality. dun get mad ok. i think by nw people are happily packing for the msia trip tmr. yey for them! i know ill missed the fun but 4 days is just too long lah! $$$ somemore. okay nvm ill stay in spore and plan for catering tech recipes while the leader is away ok. okay i think thats all. time to watch moviess! will update soon.
